We had so many plates from appetizers to pizza to pasta dishes and dessert. It was all fantastic and our server was awesome. Super kind with our group, informative and on it!

Shared a fun guy Pizza added some bee sting honey drizzle to the top. Very good crust, very airy and crispy. Wild mushrooms tasted amazing. They also bring out a side of toppings the Parmesan cheese was very good it was an overpowering or too strong. Port beer good. Mixed drink ok.

I had a wonderful birthday brunch here, I’ve wanted to come for a long time and was very happy. I would like to see a larger brunch menu but what they had was great. Jayme was our server and her service was phenomenal. The bacon bloodymary was fine, the rose bellini was dangerously delicious along with the mango cider. I will absolutely be back for dinner.

Liberty Food & Wine Exchange absolutely delivered. Every dish we ordered was excellent, but the Sunshine Pizza was a standout; perfectly balanced, bright, and memorable. The octopus was cooked beautifully (tender, not chewy, which is rare), and the pork platter was rich, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. Even the beets were impressive; thoughtful, well-seasoned, and far from an afterthought.
You can tell this kitchen pays attention to detail. Everything felt intentional, from flavors to execution, and nothing missed. A fantastic dining experience overall and easily a place we’ll return to.

Great meal. Good service and great atmosphere. I love the old school pictures on the wall. We had the octopus,the gnocchi, the salmon, and a tomato salad. All properly executed and seasoned. The pizza looked amazing. We didn’t try it. I will be back.

The pizza dough is very light with its crispy crusts. The tomato sauce is flavorful with other toppings on top. The regular pepperoni pizza was super delicious with the pull cheese and crispy small pepperoni slices. The waitress always check on my table making sure we’re doing good. Gotta have their seafood black pasta! It’s creamy and delicious!

I attended a work dinner last night for an end-of-year celebration and was excited to hear we would be dining at Liberty. Most of our group had never been there before, and we were looking forward to supporting a local business, especially since our office is within walking distance.
When we arrived, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we were seated near the private back room area. Our female server was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the evening. The food was also excellent.
Unfortunately, our experience was negatively impacted by interactions with a male server. Multiple people at our table were taken aback by how rude and cold his demeanor was throughout the night. While my personal experience with the female server was outstanding, the few interactions with the male server are the reason I am writing this review.
For example, toward the end of the evening, our group wanted to take a photo. I politely asked the nearest server if he had a moment to help, and he abruptly cut me off, saying, “Three other people already asked me that question. For the fourth time, I will take the photo after I am finished with this.” Earlier in the evening, he also made several rude remarks and spoke in a harsh tone.
It’s unfortunate, because the food and atmosphere were great, and our female server truly provided phenomenal service. I hope this feedback is helpful, as we genuinely wanted to have an entirely positive experience and support a local establishment.

Casual dining. Excellent server, willing to please, after I complained that my Noki was too salty. But then so is my husband’s steak sauce. She said she’d let the kitchen know. But you may mention this before your mea, l to watch the salt! I also think they could use a ravioli dish, I would like to see that on the menu. They are pork- heavy.

Free street parking. Do have to look for it since it is in riverwalk district, which seems to be a downtown area. Came at a Saturday night around 7pm-ish. Packed restaurant. Duck yeah pizza. Amazing! Dough was yummy. I ordered a $40 3 piece scallop special. I would pass on this one next time. The pickled seabean salad was a little saltier than I would have liked. We liked the black spaghetti. The first itieration was delicious but the second order, there was one less shrimp and the shrimp were not as vibrantly colored (maybe less cook time, still yummy) and less sauce was included. Not sure why there was inconsistecy. Perhaps it was later in the night? Service was super fast and our waitress checked in with us quite frequently. I may be back one day since my parents are frequent gamblers and I pop into tahoe/reno for ski tuning/mounting and other ski activities.

Solid dining experience. The pork platter was serious business! Lots of food and rich flavors all around. A bit spendy, but a great option for the occasional dinner out. Plus nice views of the Truckee River at the nearby river walk.
