I eat here often and this bojangles is a hit a miss!!! Chicken was warm and cooked way too long!! Potatoes did not have enough gravy on them, I’ve had the dirty rice before and it was like water… when you complain you can tell some of the employees get frustrated.. Night shift bee moving so fast trying to keep the tine down in the drive through but serving non quality food!!!! Do better winnsboro bojangles!!!!

I rarely leave reviews for fast food but the woman that took our order this morning had great hospitality, management should give her credit. Didn’t get her name but she was on shift Dec 29th around 9:30.

Chicken had to much breading on it thighs small as hell when you took all the breading off, green beans just nasty, dirty rice gummy. I knew it was a reason I pass by Bojangles and don’t stop. Chicken Drumstick was the only thing recognizable, will not get the chicken again unless it’s a drumstick

If you have a choice, do not go to this Bojangles. It is the only decent fast food restaurant in this town and the workers seem to make it impossible to even order from this place. The employees are extremely rude, including the managers. They don’t want to do their jobs, so therefore everybody is stuck waiting around for a very long time just to get their food. Anytime I’ve had an issue with them which is every single time I go in they don’t wanna take care of it and they act like they’re oblivious to the issues.
This Bojangles needs to be shut down or ran by more decent employees. These employees just don’t care about their jobs nor do they care about customers. Every single time we go into this Bojangles there’s an issue and customers are walking out as we speak while I’m standing here, waiting for food that should’ve already been given to me 15 minutes ago. We also DoorDash and every time that we dash at the store, it’s always an issue they get food wrong. They get the orders mixed up or either.
They take far too long and the customer ends up canceling the order. Something needs to seriously be done at this Bojangles or it’s gonna be shut down too. They wonder why there’s barely any fast food restaurants open in Winnsboro it’s because of the EMPLOYEES!!!! Change who you employ and maybe this Bojangles would be better off. Try hiring people who are not full of themselves or want to stay on their phones all day and who actually want to do their jobs. These employees act like they hate their job.

This Bojangles is my favorite to visit. The staff is amazing and the food is always fresh. Nothing beats a Cajun filet biscuit with bo rounds and an unsweet tea!
