First off I’ll say I wish they offered half star ratings because I feel although it’s not perfection, a 4 ⭐️ seems too low. I’ve begun frequently dining at this particular spot recently and have not had a bad experience. The service is always great! The food is also consistently good and the restaurant itself is nice, with lots of seating and easy access for disabled guests. I would recommend this la fiesta to anyone.

We just visited today 2 March 2025.
We were family and went for dinner.
This is a great restaurant with mouthwatering dishes and good taste.
They have a separate drink menu offering a variety of alcoholic drinks, and separate food menu. Choices are wide.
We took some pictures and videos which I am putting below for people to get more detailed information.
They have a free separate salsa station, offering a variety of different salsas.
The food quality is superb and the food quantity is huge. Forgot to take food dishes pictures in rush, but took restaurant pictures of it to help anyone.
They have vegetarian options in menu.
They have an outside patio sitting also.
The staff is down to earth. The food is yummy

Solid choice for Mexican food in the VR.
I met my sister here for lunch yesterday based on her recommendation. Our server was very nice but he was busy with two larger parties.
Everything came out as expected and the food was good. Nothing too fancy – just what you would expect.

We just came to this establishment and the server was perfectly fine. Everything was fine. No one was inside. We were probably the only customers they had today but the food was horrible. The Barbacoa street tacos were so dry and flavorless so was the enchilada and so was my regular beef taco with only lettuce and tomatoes and queso on top it was all just horrible. It was not tasty at all and we eat Hispanic food all the time negative stars if you ask me.

We had the shrimp a la diabla and the veggie Nachos! It was pretty good.
EDIT: So I came back and had a not so good experience. First, it took the server 15 minutes to acknowledge us or even give us chips and salsa after being seated. My husband ordered a $28 margarita and it came out on the rocks instead of frozen. The waiter said there was nothing he could do about it. If you pay that much for a DRINK, you want it how you like it. So my husband said he wasn’t going to order any food he would just pay for the drink. I was HUNGRY, so I ordered the vegetarian plate with one cheese enchilada, one chalupa, and one Chile rellano. When it comes to the the table it has beef and its not the vegetarian plate I ordered. We were in no mood to wait for another plate to be cooked. We were both hungry at this point. We had been there close to an hour already. So we end up paying $40+ dollars for drinks, and didn’t even get to eat a meal. Crazy… I do food Reviews and content so I will post on my YouTube channel the video of the ordeal.(not showing server of course, he was sweet) The server said he should have checked before bringing it out but how? The only way to check is to dig through the food. I probably will not be back… The live music was bomb!!!

I had the Aquachili which was mouth watering on a hot day because it’s served cold. It starts with a plate full of shrimp covered by cucumber slices, onion, avocado, lime juice, and an incredibly light and delicious green sauce. It’s served with tostado rounds if you wish to eat it atop them, which I highly recommend. The only thing missing would be a little side salad of just lettuce and tomato.
My husband had the combo with one enchilada, one burrito, one taco, and one tostada. He was not impressed. The red sauce had a very harsh overly roasted chili flavor. He chose steak which added $7.50 to the base $9.95 price for the dish. The steak was sliced very thin and over cooked, making it tough.
On one hand our server was good because he was super friendly and greeted us right away. He recommended my dish which I never would have considered. I highly appreciated that. However he was extremely slow with everything. In the end, I got so tired of waiting for him to bring me some thing so I just left. I am hoping it’s just his inexperience and he will get faster.

Beware of bugs in food! I went with my family to dinner last night and enjoyed the atmosphere and live music but when I went to eat my left over chimichanga the following day for lunch I felt something crunchy and unusual in my mouth and found what looks like a large leg of a bug. I started vomiting and up came a second bug leg. I am so freaked out and will not be back.

First of all, let me say that I had such a great server. She tended to my wants and gave me eye contact regardless of whether I wanted anything or not! I visited on a Sunday afternoon, and it’s a great place to chill alone and enjoy a margarita or two! I haven’t tried all of the food, so I’m only giving the food 1 star for the one plate that I did order, and maybe that’ll change in the future if I return. The Vegetarian’s Plate was good, but it has waaay too much cheese in it for me. It’s almost like they didn’t know how to substitute for protein, I could be wrong but I’m just comparing this vegan dish to other Mexican restaurants I’ve been to with vegan options that are similar. The Chalupa was unrecognizable. And did I mention how great the margarita was? It’s great! Lol
