I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever seen. I called the place late at night just to ask if my order was ready. Instead of giving me a simple answer, the owner literally snapped at me over the phone, telling me “If you want to know, you have to come here. I have things to do, don’t bother me with this.”
Absolutely unbelievable.
When I arrived at the store, not only was my order not ready, but I was greeted with the same rude attitude. No apology, no professionalism, no respect for customers’ time. Just dismissive behavior and zero sense of responsibility.
This kind of attitude is completely unacceptable for any business. If this is how they treat people, I honestly don’t know how they expect to keep customers. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I don’t recommend anyone else waste their time here.

Our family ordered sesame beef and chicken dishes along with 2 orders of dumplings and egg drop soup…total $90 with delivery. Order showed up with 2 forks, 4 spoons and no crispy noodles for the soup. Incredibly disappointing for our family of 5 to share plastic wear and have nothing to add to the soup. The food was fine but not great. Too many other Chinese restaurants locally to order here again.

The egg drop soup was very unseasoned and the main course we got (chicken with lo mein noodles) was okay. The wontons were decent. Overall, service was very slow even though the restaurant was pretty empty, but our waitress was polite. I would not come back again for the food.
