I ordered the bacon burger and my wife order the deep fried turkey. The burger was juicy, but not greasy. It paired nicely with the curly fries. Drink/ dessert was the limited time menu item: apple pie milkshake. It cam with a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar and a whip cream top. We used the app to order. Usually when ordering from the Arbys app, the food is ready when we arrive. This was not the case for this order. We waited aver 10 minutes after arrival for the food and another 5 minutes for the milkshake. The dining room and restrooms were clean.

My total was $36.19. I gave the woman $41.20. This highly confused the employee. She kept repeating the price to me and brandishing the money and asking me “I said(employee)it was $36.19, what’s all this?” I had to explain to her that she will be giving me back $5.01. she rang it up and gave me $5 even. Not that a penny would break the bank but I am entitled to my exact change. She apparently decided that I did not all of my change back nor an explanation. Out of pennies for example. I ordered two beef and cheddar doubles, 2 medium fries and 2 French dip sandwiches. When I got home I discovered that she DID NOT give me my 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches. I have now called the store repeatedly but nobody is answering. I noticed another review with someone saying the same complaint of missing food and nobody answers the phone. What is going on at this store? I’m really not the type that complains but this experience was very poor quality. French dip sandwiches were delicious. Wish I could say the same about the beef and cheddar.

Ordered two sandwiches and also a regular roast beef combo. I got home and was missing the regular roast beef sandwich. Tried calling the store but nobody answered. Food we had was good but my daughters sandwich was not in the bag.

Ordered the roast beef, milkshake, and Jalapeño bites. Got home to find a dried up burger in my bag, Jalapeño bites were cold and the shake was more like chocolate milk. This is the second time they have given us the wrong order. Won’t be giving them a 3rd.

First of all, the food tonight sucked! I ordered the quarter lb brisket sandwich & it was flat, like barely any meat at all. The regular chicken sandwich I got, I requested 3 times NO MAYO…so what’d they do?! They gave me 3x the mayo! No more Arbys, you’ll never get another cent from me!!!

11/27- disappointed again. Staff person sitting in lobby area SCREAMING on the speaker phone in spanish while customers are eating. Another staff person walked over later and they begin another LOUD conversation on spanish. To top it off, my burger was rare in the middle. Not good. PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Got me stuck in line and DID NOT have what I came for. Since their drive through traps you in I got to waste time and gas. Thanks.

We waited about 30 minutes today in the drive-through to try to get our “fast food” at Arby’s. When I arrived there were 4 cars ahead of us, and two quickly pulled in behind us. I anticipated a long wait, but after 15 minutes without much movement, I just wanted to leave; however, I was blocked in both front and rear with no place to go. It took awhile but I and the drivers of several cars got together in the driveway and agreed we all had to back out of the narrow driveway to be able to leave. I went into Arby’s afterwards to try to find out what was wrong. All I could learn was that there was some problem with their computer system. I was able to order two Gyro sandwiches which were good (no apologies or discount included).

Arby’s used to be great!
I ordered a classic beef and cheddar, curly fries and a drink.
The sandwich came as a double without cheese. The staff was moderately hesitant to fix it. When they did, they gave me nacho cheese sauce to put on the sandwich. I swear they used to have real white cheddar slices.
The curly fries were a joke.
They used to be the best fries fast food had to offer, but now it’s just a bunch of fry pieces. There’s nothing “curly” about them!
The drink had a sticker over the lid. I couldn’t get it off, and had to get a new lid.
