Ian was my server and he is the best of the best. Very kind, attention to detail, timing of every course was perfectly calculated and so delicious whatever you order. Will come back again! Recommend to everyone.

Came here for dinner and really enjoyed it. The ceviche was fresh and flavorful, probably my favorite dish of the night. The seafood rice was also solid — good portions and well seasoned.
We ordered a few small plates to share and everything came out nicely. The place has a fun, lively vibe without feeling too loud, and it’s a good spot to come with friends or for a casual date. Service was friendly and timing was good.
Overall, great food and atmosphere. Would definitely come back.

Top tier service, food, and atmosphere. Coming out of the DC location, this place is as good if not better than the other location. Our server, Derek was the goat, an efficient, knowledgeable, and charismatic server.

The hostess, she was truly amazing, best hostess. We randomly showed up with 8 other people on a Saturday night(I’m so sorry), and they were able to work something out. For future reference, please reserve, but just know that their management is great and very well prepared. I didn’t get her name but she was there on a Saturday night. Thank you..

Thank you very much Pisco, trulysome of the best hispanic cuisine in NOVA.

Excellent experience, but the chaufa could definitely use less sodium (probably go easy on the soy sauce). I love fried rice, but this one was too salty even for me.

Otherwise, it’s a great landmark restaurant in reston town center. There’s a great breadth of options, all inspired by Peruvian cuisine. The server, Ion, has been very attentive and friendly.

This was our first time visiting, and we had an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions. Our server, Patricia, was outstanding. She was friendly, attentive, and took the time to explain the entire menu, which made our first visit even better. Her service truly stood out and made us feel welcome. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place.

Ion was incredible. One of the best servers we’ve had in a long time!! Food was also delicious. Definitely coming back! Salmon was cooked perfectly. The rice pudding cheesecake was an excellent way to end the dinner.

Best brunch ever, been here twice and will be back! Patricia was awesome and took great care of us. She recommended the pork belly bao buns, which were fantastic, And I got the lechon hash which is my favorite dish here. So good as leftovers too. Drinks were also great – best pisco, pina colada, and mimosa I’ve ever had.

Excellent variety, diverse flavors, and generous portions. Call me crazy but I actually enjoyed my meal here more than my meal at Amazonia, and that’s before factoring in the price. Service is great, too — very friendly and helpful in making recommendations. This place reminded me a bit of a restaurant in Lima I had a great time at, too — La Mar Cevicheria Peruna.

Only item I disliked was the dessert. Way too sweet. Even if it were less sweet by a couple notches, it’d still have been too sweet. Still, the meal overall was such a great experience despite this, so 5 stars!

I visited this restaurant two weeks ago for my birthday, thanks to a recommendation from a Peruvian friend who loves their Bethesda location—and they did not disappoint! Our server, Kat, was friendly, knowledgeable, and spot-on with her recommendations. The food and drinks were outstanding. The empanadas were absolutely delicious, and the Lomo Saltado quickly became my favorite dish. For dessert, the passionfruit cheesecake was divine, and that’s coming from someone who usually isn’t a big cheesecake fan. This visit sparked a new love for Peruvian cuisine, and I can’t wait to come back.

Visited Pisco y Nazca in Reston on a Friday night. Arrived right on time for our reservation and were seated at a very comfortable table. Our server, Odaliz, was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed from start to finish.

We started off with a few appetizers: the Tiradito Nikkei, Fish Ceviche Tradicional, Yucas Fritas, and Pork Tostones. Every single dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.

For mains, we had the Arroz Chaufa de Mariscos, Lomo Saltado, and Salmón Andino — all perfectly cooked and well-seasoned.

We also took advantage of their La Hora Loca happy hour (daily from 4–7 PM) and enjoyed a few Pisco Sours along with their signature cocktail “El Jefe” (Bourbon, Rhubarb bitters, Poblano syrup, sweet vermouth, Angostura bitters). Everything was excellent — great food, good drinks, and a lively yet relaxed atmosphere.

We skipped dessert this time, but left completely satisfied. Overall, a great experience all around — and big shoutout to Odaliz for her amazing service. Definitely planning to return.
