The only reason I give this place 5 stars is because of the employee at Subway, Valent. She is awesome to work with, While all the other employees are standing around and cussing and talking about what they’re not going to do. She maintains a decent respectful and consistent conversation with the customers. So please keep up the good work, Ms. Valent you are awesome.

The man working didn’t know anything about the offerad I received in my email for a footlong for 6.99. Which states in restaurant OR online. It’s a new deal but I guess they didn’t get the memo. So we went to Waffle House. We really wanted a sub, drink and chips though. Oh well, maybe another time. Ya’ll be losing business not honoring the subway deals that pop up on folks emails, phones, etc.

Buddy and I ordered BOGO 4 days ago from App drove there subway closed. 4 days later no refund through app and subway still closed. Employee call us today said we could come in before 5pm and get refund in person. Showed up at 4:30 no subway employee there subway closed. Employee from gas station very rude!!!
