The first time I had a coffee, Boba here I Loved it.
And that first time it wasn’t teenagers working the counter like it has been the last few times I tried to get something … It was a responsible kind adult. Now all it is, is teenagers who try to close half an hour early or say they’re all out of Boba every single time. They hide behind the door behind the counter hiding from potential buyers. Really irritating!! Please do better and hire people who will actually do the job!!

Went here earlier. Counter was being run by teenagers who are more obsessed with watching TikTok than just throwing an order together. They don’t even have an actual person taking orders so it’s confusing why they can’t just put the orders together for the customers in a timely manner. Look, I get it. Teens will be teens but they’re still being paid to do a job they aren’t even doing.
On top of that, they were so oblivious to their surroundings – they messed up the order and had to just throw it away to start over. Waste of time and food.
Once we did get our food, there were still aspects of it that were wrong and it tasted old. The food itself tasted like it was sitting there from the night before and was being served up again the next day. Terrible food and awful service. Will never order from here again.

I have been to several poke stops around the valley and this one is seems to be just okay. Not bad but not good. The service was decent, the server was nice and they were quick. The mall that the store is located is great! Lots of space and many places to sit. There are many other places to eat in this food court, save eating poke for another better place in the valley.

Never thought I would have a five star review for a food court restaurant but here we are! The food was fresh, there was plenty of it and lots of choices for personalized dishes. The service was great, too. I’m kicking myself for not taking note of the name of the great employee that was working the counter (April 30, 2023) but he was so helpful and positive that I told him I’ll be recommending this particular Uncle Shark II location to my company and anyone else who needs to order food. Great service, great food and great boba tea- I recommend this place for anyone looking for a fresh meal experience!

Got the uncle sharkii bowl with extra tuna and the Wasabi sauce is a must yuuumm wife also got the tofu bowl and it was great too. It’s awesome that they have boba drinks here as well. The black tea with boba was delicious overall very happy with the service and time it took to make our meal as well as the quality of fish seemed sushi grade as well. I would recommend this place and I will be visiting again.

I got a salmon and tuna bowl from Uncle Sharkii. Compared to other Poke places, they didn’t have a lot of topping options. No ginger, not many sauces, no gluten free options, the rice was not fluffy. It was just pretty average. Didn’t make me sick, happy about that. It was okay, I wouldn’t go out of my way to get it. It was also super expensive for what I got.

I have been to this place many times, but I must say that this is the worst experience I have had here. It’s a classic case of why businesses don’t succeed. The employees are not up to par and lack an understanding of business. This new generation of young workers seems to have an entitled attitude and feel unreachable from behind the counter. As a veteran, I am deeply disappointed by the service I received today. I could have taken my $20 elsewhere.
