The Alexandria area Wendy’s is awesome. The community is full of caring people who are experiencing humanity together. Great inviting atmosphere and good food. Been going to this location since I was a kid. I only wish Wendy’s would reach back in the 90s and bring back the bacon mushroom melt. Lol

Where’s the beef? I don’t know what kind of meat they’re putting in their chili now but I’m not even sure it’s meat. If it is meat I’m not sure what part of an animal it might come from. But it sure doesn’t taste good.

Won’t be returning. Ordered our food, mind you there’s only one other car in the drive thru. We get to the window and wait a good 5 minutes before they ask for payment, then another 3 to 5 minutes for them to hand our card back. We then had to wait even longer for our food, and then they closed the window with out handing us our drinks or straws. To top it off, they gave us the wrong food!!!
How can anyone be so incompetent?!
Update: June 29th – Gave them one more shot, ordered a 20 piece saucy nugget meal, and there’s virtually no sauce on the nuggets, dry, uncovered spaces, few nuggets with NO sauce. To top it off, they are hard as a rock. This place should honestly be shut down or looked into by their regional team.

Wow!! Thanks for no fires Wendy’s! I swear this isn’t the first time I had gotten half empty fries!! Makes me angry! This is like the 3rd time this has happened at this Wendy’s! O5-3-24. 2:15-230 is around the times frame I got my biggie bag. This is ridiculous! Get it together Alexandria Wendy’s!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It’s hard to find good customer service these days especially in the fast food industry. Everyone I’ve encountered at this location has always greeted me with a smile. I assume the woman in the drive thru this morning was the manager , she was just a pleasant person. I see why her team is friendly as well!
