The owners are friendly and the customer service is excellent. The servers inquire about food allergies and dietary restrictions when taking your order, which is helpful and thoughtful.
My partner and I ordered the eggplant appetizer – Kashke Bademjan, the Filet Kebab, and the Fesenjoon. The eggplant is a nice light starter with great texture and taste. The filet was tender and cooked perfectly, the Fesenjoon is tart and sweet with depth of flavor, delicious! Don’t forget to try the red wine margarita. Definitely recommend & definitely returning.
Service at first had a little slow, BUT we realized that our waiter was training someone, and they more than made up for it.
Our waiter, Drew and his trainee Blanco, we’re so attentive, knowledgeable. Drew was very descriptive about each dish, drink, and appetizer. I was drooling before I’d even ordered.
The smoked old fashioned, was perfectly flavored and one of the best we’ve had here in PS.
The Dolma, superb, perfect, warm, and full of flavor. The eggplant with the Persian flat bread, oh my god, so good.
The dinner was excellent. My husband ordered the lambshank and it really was so tender and delicious. I ordered the stew with kidney beans and beef. So tender and the spices were perfect. The pistachio cheesecake was creamy and full of flavor, and the baglava had three different flavor profiles and was delicious, my hubby never finishes desert, but he did this time. We’re both so full by the end.
Finally throughout our dining experience, Ashley, the owner was so warm and welcoming, stopping by and checking in on us, talking with us and making us feel at home.
As we always say, “we enjoyed it, but you’ll have to experience it for yourself,” SOOO Go, experience this amazing place.
The food is consistently delicious, especially their kababs, which are among the best we’ve ever had. The owners and staff are incredibly welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes everyone feel right at home.
The bar area is great for larger gatherings, and their cocktails are excellent — especially during happy hour with such great prices. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
While Saffron serves classic dishes perfectly, their creative twists truly stood out. The flatbread tahdig, especially as a trio with classic stews, was unlike anything I’ve seen before—simply brilliant. The mini kebab rolls, uniquely paired with hummus as a sauce instead of as a dip, were also a delightful surprise. For dessert, the baklava cheesecake was exceptional, an inspired fusion I’ve never tasted elsewhere. The mains were, of course, fantastic as well. My mother and I ordered the Zereshk Polo and Soltani Combination Kebab plate.
The hospitality matched the quality of the food. Chef Sev personally checked in on guests alongside Ashley, who warmly shared the restaurant’s backstory. Mimo kept the dining room perfectly attended, and our server Elijah was doubling as a bartender the night we went and he crafted excellent drinks, particularly the Persian fizz and the playful mocktail, “Adulting Responsibly.”
The experience was impeccable, I can’t wait to come back!
Best,
Habib
