1 Star – Absolute mess of a Taco Bell
This is hands down the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Service was terrible from start to finish. I was told I could only have ONE sauce per item… at Taco Bell. That alone is ridiculous.
To make it worse, I ordered a Cheesy Gordita Crunch and was handed the taco and the flatbread separately, like it was a DIY kit. I didn’t order ingredients. I ordered a menu item that’s literally supposed to be assembled. If this is how food is being served, someone clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing.
The food was sloppy, poorly put together, and clearly rushed with zero attention to quality. I’ve attached a photo because it speaks for itself.
If this is a brand new location, it desperately needs better training and management. Until then, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else if you want your order made correctly and without attitude.

I’m so glad they built a Taco Bell near farwell!! Great food and good customer service. You do have to wait a little bit but ONLY because they make your food fresh to order

Food is always Taco Bell quality but the whole reason for this review is because we’ve ordered 3 different times through DoorDash and our order is always wrong. We are always missing something. And when we call and ask about it they try to fix it but the whole point of door dash is so we don’t have to go get it. Get it together

This is a new Taco Bell location here in Clovis. And for all the negative press about the place, I didn’t see any of that here! I got in the drive-through line, ordered, paid, received my food, and left in about 90 seconds (5:00 PM on a Tuesday)! Nothing to complain about, same old TB flavor that I was expecting like always! And the crew was so friendly to me! Definitely will be back when near CCC!

Edit/Additional review… 2 weeks later, 12/3/25 and I’m back for some morning stress eating, LOL. The only hiccup this time was the kiosk declined my card. But the older woman promptly got it straightened out. Her and the younger woman then proceeded to make my 3 special order items EXACTLY as ordered. I also ordered a hash brown and unlike most eateries, these woman didn’t serve me a hockey puck/burnt offering. Thank you very much, ladies!
Well, this location is finally open! I hope that it does well, because it is in a good location. There’s not many options for vegetarian truckers and I come through this area every so often. Tonight there were 4 or 5 guys working and each of them were friendly, courteous and attentive. I ordered 5 items, all special orders and only one of the items was made incorrectly, but they promptly realized the mistake and with zero attitude made it again. I realized that the remade veggie bowl was only missing the guacamole. Obviously a new location AND new crew are bound to have hiccups, but I look forward to my next time here in Clovis. Excellent job fellas!

Super clean inside. Friendly staff and my Chalupa Supreme was loaded. I haven’t had Taco Bell this good in a long time. A short walk from the truck stop.

Horrible service. No place to sit and eat. No menus or person to talk/order from. If you do ask “where’s my cup?” they get pissed at you for interacting with them. Will never go back. Quit trying to have a restaurant that doesn’t want customers. COVID is over. Stop treating us like crap!!

All of our food was cold and obviously had sat out for a long time, not even remotely fresh. Also, staff apparently had no idea that their card machine didn’t take Amex, so when it came up “declined” she just asked me if I wanted to run it again – I asked her if it took Amex and she had no idea.
