Pretty good experience here! I hadn’t been to a Kneaders in a long while, after the one closest to me closed down. My sandwich was pretty decent and the dessert was tart and sweet. The tomato soup was so-so, the flavor was less savory than I was expecting. I love their ice but the lemonade at the machine was the sugar free kind which tastes funny to me.

I feel completely ripped off. Both turkey sandwiches I got had no more than a tablespoon of turkey per side. Not worth $14 that’s for sure I’d have been happier with subway.

I went in for a sandwich to go and found myself getting a sandwich, bread, and a brownie. It took quite awhile to get my order.
I got to the can and opened my sandwich and it might as well have been toasted bread. There was next to no chicken, cheese, and some basil – this was supposed to be a pesto chicken sandwich.
I was not happy and went in and spoke nicely to the manager asking if it was supposed to look like this. He was surprised and said they would give me a refund and that he would look up my order for the refund. It’s been almost a week and no refund.
The bread and brownie were delicious but I won’t be stopping in again with such poor service.

I come here every so often because the croissant breakfast sandwich is genuinely good, and the fresh orange juice used to be one of the best items on the menu. However, despite the drive-thru menu still advertising fresh orange juice, it’s no longer available and has been replaced with bottled Tropicana. That’s a huge bummer. Fresh orange juice and bottled juice are completely different, and it’s misleading to keep advertising something you don’t actually offer. It’s especially disappointing for a place that markets itself as a slightly healthier option, yet removes a fresh item in favor of processed, sugary juice.
As others have stated, the wait is also super long no matter what you order, which only adds to the frustration. Please update your menu to accurately reflect what you serve.

The service was great. We thought they had some great salad options, but they didn’t have any options that were vegan. The salad had to have many ingredients taken off like cheese, and meat to make it vegan. It just wasn’t that good, the salad was bland without any replacement ingredients. The salad dressing was over sweet and not very good. They didn’t have any gluten free bread. Just for us it doesn’t work as a place we would ever go back to. The service and atmosphere was nice.

Unfortunately Kneaders did not provide the quality or exceptional service I had received in the past. We placed a holiday pickup like we have in the past. When we arrived to pickup there was a line out of the door. Instead of having two lines there was one line with everyone. At the counter the staff was unprofessional, they mentioned canceling part of our order because they didn’t even offer the pie we selected. We placed our order based on the pie we chose. After receiving the order we noticed a dozen orange rolls were missing. Overall our experience was poor. I have had better service at the Arapahoe and Jordan location.

I only ever stop by for the bread (pastries are way too sweet), because I love the bread, but the service is absolutely terrible! I only had one set of two customers in front of me at the cash register and the restaurant was relatively empty. But it must have taken about 10 minutes to get a loaf of bread. I think I’ve finally figured out that, once the person behind the cash register takes your order (even if it’s just a loaf of bread!), you land up in a queue behind people both in the restaurant and the drive-up. And then, after waiting that long time, they put the bread in the machine for cutting, whereas I asked that it not be cut. If only the person who took the order at the cash register had also just put the bread in a bag, it would have been so simple. This has happened a number of times now and it only seems better if I go in after 5pm when the restaurant and drive-up are both empty.

I paid extra to sub the bacon for chicken, they did not substitute it. The “avocado” on the salad was literally not even one slice. Super over priced for very pathetic salad.

One of the worst experiences ordering delivery from this location. They’re using cheap to go plastic to go containers that will melt in the microwave and destroy your food. And if you order through a third party there’s no compensation and no refund unless the third party chooses to give you that. My morning breakfast has been ruined and I will never return to this location again.

I have to question the mental capacity of the employees at the Parker location, because they seem to not know how to correctly put in an order. Just today, I sent my teenage daughter to pick up an order of a Thai chicken salad and a BAGUETTE. She comes home with a salad with all but 5 pieces of chicken and a floppy piece of wheat bread. Another time this past November, I treated my son to what I thought was a pumpkin muffin top and instead received an almond croissant. MY FIVE YEAR OLD IS ALLERGIC TO ALMONDS AND OTHER VARIOUS NUTS! Because we were already running late, I had to send my son to school with an empty stomach. Do better kneaders. My 5 year old could do better than this.
