This has to be the worst subway I ordered from I placed a order through the app I specifically told them extra of certain item and told them to toast the sandwiches so I had sent someone in there to pick them up and make sure they were making them right so when we had told her to toast them she wanted to toast them with veggies. On them who toasts and sub with vegetables on them and when they were done toasted the right way and ready to put the veggies on there she didn’t want to put the extra couple items that I wanted on them on there she was catching a attitude saying well that’s how you ordered it well the person is right there in front of you telling you what they want you to put on them what does it matter like ain’t it easier for me to tell you what I want in it instead of you reading off a computer you AI based worker like are outer workers becoming AI or was she saving the extra food for herself she was very rude if you want subway and you see a heavy worker an older lady at the North Olmsted one in Walmart don’t bother she’s going to upset you and your more than likely going to be here like me writing a review go down the street to the other subway you might have a better service

Please show them how to make a sandwich. It isn’t complicated physics. Just toss the stuff on and move on with life please. It would have been faster to buy everything at the Walmart and make my own while standing in line for the subway employee to make one.

The kicker was that it was about 50% skimpy on the food. So not only excruciatingly slow but half the food.

I will never be returning here. The service was absolutely horrible, the two people working here were both incredibly unwelcoming, they treated me like I was a nuisance just for ordering my food. Not to mention the person making my sandwich squished the bread and treated the food with zero care whatsoever. The other worker was at least making the other customer’s sandwich neatly. I ordered a cold cut combo (foot long), with pepperoni added onto it, along with chips and a medium fountain drink. I was somehow charged $19. I put in the same order on the app for the same location, it was only $12 on the app. I came back in and asked about it, one of the workers told me I added salami onto mine – which I did not. Even if he thought I did, he didn’t even add on the salami until I mentioned it (it comes with the cold cut combo). And even then, I dont understand how that adds $7. They told me “sorry about that” and didn’t offer to remake the sandwich or give me any kind of compensation. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at Subway. I will not be returning.

Went to get subway before doing my grocery shopping, a single employee was there and moved a snail pace, it took over 15 mins for my family of 3. None of the sandwichs wasn’t cut completely through, we had to tear them apart. The bread my son got was hard and he described it as stale and the ham tasted off to him. Very disappointing

This subway is horrible! The young kid behind the counter who made my sandwich barely even put any tuna on it? He was not nice, very slow & lazy. He also told me no cash because they ran out of 1s. Go to the safe & get more money? What if that was my only form of payment. See pics of my sandwich that consisted of basically bread, lettuce and onion. What a waste of money!

The young lady that usually runs this subway must not be there anymore because last 2 times I’ve ordered the subs were all screwed up wrong item on 1 sub wrong on the other, she use to run a tight ship and not skimp but there’s usually some kid back there not following the orders correctly. Food is fresh though. But I’d I don’t order mayo or spinach and hot peppers… I don’t want them!

i came into this store and ordered food, i witnessed the store manager by the name of celina… and what i seen what UNCALLED FOR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. she was in process of talking to one of her crew members and telling this young woman that she is not what she needed and told her to get out of her store very rudely in front of customers. it seemed like this crew member was freshly new , i don’t know why she would send this fresh new face home. was she lazy and like didn’t want to train her? how is someone supposed to learn if you don’t train?! not to mention she was very very rude, and i don’t think she should run this store at all. her attitude was VERY UNPLEASANT and the air in the store felt so dry. i think subway needs to get a new store manager from the looks of it i can tell she doesn’t like her job. she has an ugly attitude and very very negative. i most DEFINITELY won’t be back to this subway ever again. that is a disgrace for subway.

My wife and I have been extremely happy with the quality of food and the service we consistently receive at the Subway located in Walmart in North Olmsted, Ohio.

Celina, the store manager, always helps me navigate the Subway app so I can pay with the Subway gift card that I added.

She is always pleasant and helps us redeem our coupons as well.

Although we have a Subway closer to us in North Ridgeville, we no longer go there because they don’t accept Subway coupons. In fact, many of the local Subways don’t!

Charles and Richard are great employees with fun spunky attitudes! They Always make my salad exactly how I like them, and they’re so nice… every time I’m there they are quick to take my order and clean up after themselves, over all I love this subway but the girl that was working with them was horrible. Mean looks the whole time I was there, she skipped my husband when he was trying to order a sub and she seemed extremely rude to other customers… if she’s here next time I’ll just go somewhere else to eat!!! She did great at cleaning her station, but her attitude was unnecessary…
