Coming from the Land of Dunkin’ and The Donut Connection here in South Jersey… I discovered the calorically enhanced Treats of Honey Dew Donut Shop in New England as I traveled through Rhode Island and Massachusetts. A greater selection of both Donuts, Hot & Cold Coffees & Teas; plus a wide range of Breakfast Meals… including a “Breakfast-in-a-Cup” with Eggs, Potatoes, Meat & Cheese served hot in a large Paper Cup that is easy to eat while you’re on-the-go! The place was very clean & the Staff were polite & helpful, as I was a “Newbie”; they even let me have a few Sampkes!

Nice staff and good variety of food and drink options. My issue is with ordering in the store. The way they handle the process is completely absurd. The person ringing you in is also the same person making your drinks. She seemed all over the place and kept forgetting what I had just told her. It literally took 20 minutes from start to finish from when I walked in the door til when I had all my items. There was only two people in front of me in line, I can’t believe it took so long! It is always like this when you come inside, it’s painfully slow. Drive thru only for me from now on!

Today I once again had the experience of receiving poor service at this store. I went in and no one came to help me. When I entered there were 4 employees, then they each disappeared from their respective positions, and in the end only one remained, and the other three had sour faces. Terrible service staff.

Visit drive up several days a week. Attendants at window always cheerful, smiling & polite. Never fail to thank you & wish you a good day. Bought breakfast burrito once & it was humongous but taste was disappointing & bland. Hash brown potato bites look nothing like picture on menu.. small & flat & kind of bitter tasting. HD needs to improve on foods served! They do have a good sized yogurt parfait cup with berries & cranola which is very tasty. Love the big fat glazed donuts & coffee is excellent.

Love Honey Dew! The one near me is great, staff is so friendly and most of them have been there for years. They still make stuff there, not trucked in from some giant factory. The best donuts and sandwiches of all the coffee chains.

The ladies working here are phenomenal, fast, and friendly! Nothing better than pulling up to the drive-thru window to be greeted with a smile, asked about my day, and my order promptly delivered. The bagels and donuts, and the consistency of the coffee has made me rethink ever going back to running on Dunkin’. Overall, this place is great! Being one of only a couple locations in the area, I’ll definitely go out of my way to get a quality coffee, sandwich, bagel, donut or muffin. And at the same cost or less, what’s a little extra gas? There may be 9 or 10 Dunkin’ in Marlborough, but there’s only 1 Honey Dew, and it shines above the rest!
