Place is not that clean. Guys are friendly and take care of orders, but don’t wipe down tables or put napkins out when they’re slow. Floors had crumbs and food on them -like the tables. The glass fronts of service area were pretty grungy too.

My family and I DoorDash from subway on Main Street in East Hartford next to Snipes. When i say worse experience ever I mean nightmare. Everything was messed up. Breads was hard and burnt down to the salad was trash. Like how do you mess up a salad. Then the worse of it all door dash only gave us $17 credit. Out of $60 something dollars. Never again I tell you.

Do not order from here. The staff have attitudes, are lazy, and the food is poor quality. The vegetbles were not fresh and when asked to replace with fresh vegetables I got the stank look and excuses, so no fresh vegetables. At this Subway you will find that it’s mostly the young employees that truly don’t care about working there. I will definitely go elsewhere.

Possibly the WORST Subway I’ve ever been to. The lady making my order was more concerned with her hair, than getting my order right (which still wasn’t). And then, an automatic TIP??? NOPE!

Never in my life got food poisoning until now. Got a tuna salad from here yesterday and a few hours later got so sick. Was at the hospital all day. Puking and pooping at the same time. The food was awful,the bread was not fresh on the sandwich, and the turkey was dry and tasted like cardboard. Definitely not healthy food and would be expensive even if it were free. There wasn’t a lot of besides my wife and I. Perhaps that accounts for the stale bread

just walked in to order food and found out there is no working bathrooms for days not even for there workers. They are still allowing people to sit and in dining area and eat with no working bathrooms nasty and against health regulation and management is aware and see no problem. Employees said they go to the laundromat next door to use the bathroom. The laundromat bathroom has no soap for months.

They would not honor their coupon for footlong. They said it could only be good for 3 subs. The one that I wanted was Subway Club & they said that the coupon wasn’t good for that sub. Coupon didn’t say it was for any special sub just footlong for 7.99.

DISGUSTING! When ordering my sandwich, the employee leaned over my sandwich with her shirt touching my food. I don’t know where her shirts been to have it on my food. When I spoke to the so called manager he made an excuse and said ‘we work in a small space. So I had my sandwich remade with a lot of attitude from the girl making my sandwich. Subway has gone dramatically down hill I’ve tired them time after time and from the ppl they hire to how they keep there veggies just so wrong.. lettuce is kept in plastic tubs not metal now it just tastes like metal.. and the employees pathetic..I mean even more training won’t help theses ppl last time I ordered subway .. No hair nets.. No gloves.. No mask .. And uniform is disgustingly dirty.. I ordered a meatball and while it was being prepared this employee is Poppin meatballs into get mouth all the while.. Even while preparing and toasting ..and if that wasn’t bad enough between chewing she picks her nose OHH HELL NAWH.. I told her since u seem to be starving u can have my sub.. And I told her she was disgusting.. the response I got eye rolling .. Sucking teeth.. And then ..” whatever”!!
