I just had the most frustrating experience. I ordered my food and when I got to the pickup window was told to pull into spot 1 and wait for my food. Over ten minutes went by and I tried to call but got no answer so I got back into the long drive thru line. I explained that at this point it had been over 20 minutes since I ordered and I didn’t have my food. The women apologized and I pulled forward. She then told me she had let her manager know. I pull forward and I was handed a bag of food that had clearly been sitting for 30 minutes. So instead of the manager at the BARE MINIMUM giving me fresh food they gave me the food that had been sitting since I ordered half an hour prior.

I eat a lot of Mcds. This particular visit was different. I ordered a large ice coffee. At first taste I knew there was coffee grinds. Think it was no big deal. But reaching the bottom was another story. See picture attachment.
Brought my concern up to worker and manager. They shrugged it off and said “yeah that’s coffee grinds”. Am I being a karen?

It’s McDonald’s!! You know what to expect, from almost any McDonald’s worldwide! Basically the same menus, with a few different items for each local Mickey D’s.
Usually the service is fast and friendly, no problems.
You either Love it or not, the food is ok, breakfast or burgers. Fast and inexpensive for our fast paced society!

Star Trek Bridge meets Mickey D’s. I’m not a fan of McDonald’s but the cushy chairs and booths plus self-order stations made this stop worth it.
This location was also surprisingly clean since most inner-city & industrial location McDonald’s are rather dirty and a haven for delinquent kids & miscreants. Here, it appeared to be mostly patrons who’d given up on waitlist at The Original Pancake House which is located in the same strip mall.

Good food like McDonald’s should be. On one occasion, my Deluxe QPC had teri sauce, which i did not request and is not normally added.

I recently visited this location and was very pleased with the experience. The staff provided excellent service, and the food quality met expectations. The fast Wi-Fi was a welcome convenience, the restrooms were clean and well-maintained, and ample parking made access easy and stress-free. Thank you for maintaining such a comfortable and efficient environment.
