Korean snacks are all the fame these days but the cashier and staff service takes its lowest rating ruining the fun experience. Came with friends wanting cheese dogs some drinks and when asking her about the items she rolled her eyes many times saying it’s on the board and the second time she told my friend why don’t you order on the kiosk. Then why do you have a representative for ? Decoration ? Because you are a horrid eye sore. Since we didn’t have any helpful answers we ordered random items on the menu hoping for the best. She gave the I don’t want to be here impression. No thank you no kindness so I don’t understand what her role is. I asked for three drinks with light ice and she said we put extra ice because the drinks are very sugary. I told her what does ice have to do with the sugary drinks in the end that’s a problem with your recipes of beverages not the temperature someone wants their drinks. The drinks are a scam they fill the cups all with ice and barely any lemonade. This place needs to secure a good staff and just to edit their recipes a bit more. As long as I pass her in the mall I will NOT return and post this all over instead and Twitter.

Daughter said it was the best cheese dog she’s ever had! It was also the first, lol. She got an original with cheese and I tried the hot Cheeto king dog: half cheese /half hot dog. Mine was delicious, fresh and cheesy! Friendly staff, quick service. We will be back!

Came for the exciting food but the workers have such an attitude, they clearly don’t understand they they’re in a popular environment with trendy food. I get that it can be a lot sometimes but cashiers just have the nastiest attitudes. Will definitely be back for a better experience and will take proof if of any occurrences otherwise.

I recently visited Kong Dog at North Riverside Mall and had a fantastic experience thanks to Angelo, the cashier. He was incredibly helpful, recommending some of his favorite items, which made my selection much easier. I selected the Hot Cheeto Kong Dog this time, but I will definitely try the Churro Kong Dog the next time I visit the North Riverside mall.
His friendly demeanor and excellent customer service truly stood out. I appreciate the effort he put into ensuring I had a great visit. If you’re at the mall, I highly recommend stopping by Kong Dog and asking for Angelo!

The Real Deal
I came here with my family, and we ordered the 6 dog pack. Everyone wanted the hot cheetos dog, and I ordered the original. Let me tell you that the price is fair, and the size and flavor of the dogs are good. we will defenetly be coming back to try more varieties.

First timer and no regret coming, food was delicious. I recommend it to anyone looking for good Kong Dog or ramen. Customer service was top tier, great recommendations, and friendly staff.

I ordered an Original Mozzarella Dog with no sugar and a Diet Coke which came out to be around ~9 dollars.
Definitely not worth the price, you’re much better off going to the one on Taylor St or the one close to Chinatown. The batter of the corn dog was raw and the mozzarella cheese had a weird, perforating taste and smell to it that didn’t smell like it was consumable at all.
Fast forward some hours later, I got food poisoning from consuming the corn dog even though I only had a few bites and this was the only thing I had ate all day. Get something else from the food court that isn’t this.
