PERMAMENTLY CLOSED. I was at the Whole Foods and saw that there was a DQ, supposedly right across the street. I walked the whole perimeter of that horrible mall and there is no Dairy Queen! And then I couldn’t remember where I parked. What an awful afternoon.

My family and I come to Colorado Mills mall at least twice a month. Every time we come, we look forward to getting Orange Julius drinks, smoothies, and ice cream! The last 3 – 4 times we have stopped at this Dairy Queen we have had issues with it being closed during open hours stating “staff is on Break”, we are not serving anything except cones and sundaes, or they refused to serve everyone in line as they needed to go to break. Does the owner know what is going on??? Losing tons of money and loyal customers!!!

One star because I had to In order to leave a review, September 13, 2019 at 7:26 p.m. we came to the mall and one of the stop and get some ice cream while we were shopping, Marrows 2 girls 1 was talking to some friends and didn’t care that we were standing in line the 2nd came and yelled at a customer to come get his order, already with and Attitude didn’t even ask and looked at me and turned to have a conversation with the other girl, I started ordeing over her conversation, I ordered a Moolate and she said they weren’t making that today, ordered a brownie cupation and also stated they weren’t doing those today, I then asked if the machines were broken she rolles her wyes and said she didn’t know all she knew was they weren’t making them.

Walked to the counter before 7,30pm. The girl in charge said no smoothies at this time since she is by herself and she has too much to do although no one was there as customer but me. We come to the mall every other weekend. Every time we go to get DQ, the employee’s all go on break together at the same time, this makes them close the whole store. Today I walk up at 5 and they tell me they are only making cones, everything else on the menu is not for sale. I seen multiple people walk away unhappy and without anything.
