Thought I’d look for a quick bite, something that sounds good…..Random stop here and I had the Red Sangria Smoothie, a 3 cheese chicken queso with a Kale & Apple Slaw for under $13……. Amazing food, generous staff, and a cute chic dine in area, def with visiting if ever here, I will be coming back for sure!!!!

It seems to just only be the service everytime and specifically at this very one in BR. Everywhere else is just fine.. But seems it need recongizations towards care for each costumer. When I’ve brought it up to my friends and they receive the same tensions. See walk in there it’s never a “Hi” or just friendly never no smiles from the staff lady’s. Everytime theres times they won’t even be busy most times yes understandable they are but normally there’s just the one person speak to that takes the order. Find it actually funny today one of there ladys messed up my order. It was first supposed to be a small blueberry bliss and large sunset rise. However she lied to me saying they had only 1 size cup! Which makes no sense beacuse I have been here about handful times before with my kids. We always got a small with them unless they were out. Anyways receive my drinks both Large one was supposed to be small. I had asked the lady who made the drinks. If i could get a small cup. I was hoping she would say they were out. Ok fine ill take the large. And get my small cup now. Even though I asked for a small originally when I ordered and the extra cost was almost $30 that wasn’t expected i never.. and surely we plan to not go there any more. Other locations for sure just for a couple reasons now this one has just blown my mind. The environment needs more enlightenment. It is cute in there always clean and drinks are always good same for food they make it all so very quick too!! But tell me why the service absolutely all around sucks everytime. This last time had been the last to do it for us.

Walked in with no greeting. Went looking for my mobile order with no help. Not a word said or directed towards me until I’m almost out the door and one of the ladies says “okay anyway…”
They saw me coming and stopped talking about whatever inappropriate conversation they were having just to be rude and act like me bringing my business in was such an inconvenience… as I’m walking out the door.. poor customer service.
Edited to add they gave me the wrong smoothie on top of it! I’m guessing this is strawberry banana and I ordered pomegranate plunge with white chocolate and yogurt which puts the drink over 10$ just to have that crappy eexperience like this is disappointing had a 10% tip on the order too….

Food was good, except it was all wrapped up like I was ordering “to go”.
(Not even a paper plate!)
Service–for a “to go” order it would’ve been as good as any fast food order, but that is all the service I got! But unknowingly, I didn’t have the $$ to pay for what I ordered & they were gracious ~ letting me change my order so I could pay for what I ordered.
Atmosphere–I felt awkward & kind of out of place there. It seemed more like a hang -out for teens (as there were some teens when I arrived.) Probably won’t go back there…

It’s tropical smoothie, you shouldn’t have to read a review, it’s always great. The smoothies are amazing and food is too, all for really good prices.
That’s not the reason for my review though. Today is November 30th, 2020 and who ever was the guy and lady working went above and beyond for me. I ordered online at 5:45 pm and didn’t realize that this location was temporarily closing early at 6:00 pm. I showed up at 6:05 and called and asked if they had my flatbread and smoothie, they said some one already took it. And even though the employees already closed up they stayed to make my meal.
Super impressed with those two for going above and beyond, I wish I caught their names to thank them extra.
It’s also bad on my part for not checking temporary hours and ordering so close to closing time.

Staff is always friendly even first thing in the morning! Store is always clean. Food is consistently good! Just be careful of the added sugar in 90% of their smoothies. Ask for no sugar if you’re watching sugar intake.
