I ordered a 6 inch and a personal pizza bc it was on the app and I assumed they had them. When I arrived they told me they don’t have pizza and I could get 3 bags of chips or the long cookie. I didn’t want either and she said she couldn’t give me back my $6.50 for the pizza they didn’t have.and I didn’t get dressing on my 6 inch.

Horrible towards the customers, they really need nice respectful workers and this is based on my last 5 visits with them. Now I travel 30 minutes away from my home two towns over so get better service and food. When I got home with my subs today they only put one boat of meat I had five pieces of chicken across a whole 2 footlongs, and when I paid for my food the cashier sneezed covered her mouth with her hands and continued to get and hand me my change after sneezing in them. Never again will I go back there I had enough of ugly service.

They act like they are on a lettuce shortage. I only met 2 workers their that actually smiles. One worked there about 2 years ago and the other young lady might be new. But she was extremely friendly. I’ll get her name the next time I go.

my order was made setting next to cashier . She was counting money from cash machine… After she finishes counting first stack of money and places back in drawer. She Removes another stack,, starts counting,, repeated. Before she grabs 5 !! stack I asked if I could pay for my sandwich. She told me she has to do her job first.

In my opinion is the best place to eat in Ville Platte. Recommend calling in or ordering online from11:00 to 1:00 Mon-Fri if in a hurry because of the amount of people that go there for their lunch break. Employees are friendly, place is clean and food is fresh. Is located right off of highway and stuff so it’s like good.

I used the app to order. I had the meatball subway sandwich. First, this location does not participate in any promotions. The sandwiches keep getting smaller and smaller. The loaf of bread looked like a hot dog bun. It was a dry sandwich they are very very skimpy with the sauce. Not sure ill Be back.

Every time I go to subway about 8:15pm they say that they are closed or something is wrong with there computers and they can not take any orders this happened 3 consecutives times already when the site says they close at 9pm. There’s no reason for me to drive 20 mins to another subway and get treated better than the one 10 seconds from my home do better

I was threatened by an employee that had dyed, blk hair and over applied black eyeliner! She Said”
I tell u what” & slammed her hand on the COUNTER! When asked if she was THREATING ME she denied saying anything. Only to then say” LET ME CATCH U ON THE STREET”! LOL I asked if she wanted my ADDRESS! And the father & son team that was there to PICK her UP…also threatened me. Well the son did. He told me “To shut the Hell up” & “WAIT until I get outside”! I saw old girl with the jet blk dyed hair & matching eyeliner let them in the back door after our altercation in the parking lot. Sorry I didn’t get her name because she wouldn’t say it nor stand still for me to read it on her name tag! I was there for a refund on a sub that they told my husband they’re out of bacon but come to find out
They were actually out of guacamole and a certain bread that takes an hour to bake I was informed! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! SO GOOD I FILED A POLICE REPORT ON THE EMPLOYEE & HER MALE SIDE KICKS FOR THE THREATS AND SLAMMING OF HER HAND ON THE COUNTER! TRUE STORY!! IM HOPING THEY HAVE SERVALINCE CAMERAS SO HER MANAGER & OWNER CAN SEE FOR THEMSELVES WHAT KIND OF EMPLOYEE HE HAS WORKING FOR HIM! BY THE WAY…THE MANAGER WAS ON THE PHONE & HEARD FOR HERSELF THE THREATS! SHE SAID SHE WOULD TELL THE OWNER OF THE EMPLOYEES THREATENING BEHAVIOR. WHEN SHE ASKED ME WHO THREATENED ME, THE EMPLOYEE REFUSED TO SAY HER NAME OR LET ME READ IT. IM GONNA MAKE SURE THAT THE OWNER KNOWS ABOUT THE INCIDENT PERSONALLY!! 5/5/19
