The bread at this location tends to be dry not sure if they precut or leave out uncovered . Woodbury locations tend to taste like fresh out of the oven. Always friendly here and good service though

I placed my order for lunch twice in 3 weeks each time it was incorrect, I called back to get a refund, supervisor offered coupons I said no then he hung up on me , I had to call and speak to gm to get them to process a refund, after arguing for 15 mins to get my own money back, only jersey mikes I’ve ever had issues, avoid this location not a good representation of the brand

Kind of grove jersey, mike’s as a bunch of kids work in there and they love doing what they do. The nice young lady that I took my order and made my food was pleasant,energetic and knowledgeable. They all look like they were having a really good time working together behind the counter.. Food came out perfect and quickly. You really can’t ask for more.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Food is okay, staff and service I would say otherwise. STAY CLEAR OF THE HOT SUBS (unless you like food poisoning) they don’t cook their meat thoroughly

Good food but slow. Whenever we place an online order for a specific time we always end up waiting about 10 extra minutes for our sandwiches. I don’t understand why because I always see at least 4 people behind the counter and never see anyone dining in. We aren’t ordering for a busy time either. Our last order was for 1:30 on a Friday. Not really peak time or anything.

Update 6Dec2024 I had an order for pick up tonight. 2 sandwiches were all jacked up, missing meats/pepperoni, wrong breads and having onions on the wrong sandwich which she is allergic to and 8 months pregnant. I called and was told I’d be refunded, kinda went around the loop with some bullshit about sending me coupons. Ultimately said would refund and call back, didn’t really seem to care about poor quality control.

We love Jersey Mike’s and really like this particular location in Cottage Grove. I have concerns about what I saw tonight. When the restaurant is busy, food safety laws/rules still need to be followed. The counters and floors were a mess, but that didn’t bother me until the person making our sandwiches touched another employees phone and checked someone else out handling money and the cash register, and then didn’t change her gloves and used those same gloves to pick up our sandwiches to wrap them. Yuck! Please don’t get shut down, and please follow food safety rules…no matter how busy you are.
