Over all my experience was good. Customer service was good. My only critique is to recommend you season the chicken and the batter. The meat itself was a bit bland but overall it was decent. I will definitely come back and try again. I know sometimes we all have off days.

Went to Jacks for the first time. The chicken was tender and not dry. I got the Garlic Parmesan and the Burbon BBQ. Both flavors were very good. I would definitely go back again. There is not anywhere to eat here but got it to go and was still great.

Went yesterday and got wings & cajun fries… Both were soggy and badly seasoned. The young lady working barely looked like she knew what she was doing. Will try again next time but this time was 0/10.

Boneless wings were more like round balls. U could taste the old oil ( i worked in a resturant) they were very dry and very little sauce on them. Nothing like from with i have ordered from them before. Its.been awhile but has gone.down hill. I wont b back. It would.b.cheaper and better to go kitchen 218 and cost less.

Have been getting wings and the Cajun Ranch fries here for a few years now. Wings have always been good, the hot sauce is nice and flavorful, and the fries are quite tasty. Tried the fish sandwich ($5 on Fridays) about a month ago and I dig the hell out of it.
No complaints at all with the service. I always call order in and it is ready when they say it will be.

I’ve only eaten here twice, once from doordash and once from a pickup order
honestly the food is amazing, but i’m not sure who takes their phone calls but whoever i got was EXTREMELY rude over the phone and a had a very lackluster attitude when i picked up my order. I know everyone has a rough day, but the attitude was so bad i almost didn’t even want to order anymore…
other than that, my food was amazing, everything was packaged correctly and it’s definitely worth trying

Food is amazing. Customer service sucks! Whoever answers the phone to take your order is EXTREMELY RUDE! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! MORE and more ppl are saying the same thing, maybe someone should examine the problem.
