We ordered take out from BWW in Perrysburg OH. We ordered 12 boneless wings without sauce, 12 with sauce. We received a few wings accompanied by chunks of breading that they counted as wings. And the wings with sauce we only received 11 wings. We will not be going back to that BWW ever again.

Big fan of bdubs. Love the new location in Perrysburg. Wings were great and thanks for letting us order the Golden Fire sauce in the store. Still miss Hot BBQ but it fills the void. Our server was top notch. Like the booths with their own TVs.

We do love BW3. However they need to eliminate the option for people to get all flats for an extra $2. I pay the price for this because our weekly order gets only 6 of 20 wings being flats. If you give a customer all flats for $2 then I deserve a $2 discount for BW3 giving a customer my flats.

Unfortunately did not have a good experience tonight for take out … The cauliflower bites I got for my fiancé were $13.00, and the portion size for the price point was absolutely laughable. On top of that, she had two dark hairs she had to pull out of her mouth while eating them.
My chicken chunk order was wrong and I received the wrong sauces, as well as being soggy and cold :(.
Really hate that just spent my money here. Suppose I’ll stick to frickers or Wingstop.

I got an order of 15 boneless wings with garlic Parmesan sauce and they were tough and chewy today.
I see the reply from bdubs, however, on the mobile version of your website (which is all I have access to) there is no “reach out”. Only contact us (which also references “reach out”) which isn’t there, only your support email and a “Let’s Connect” which is via Facebook, Instagram etc, which I don’t use.

Terrible. I went with a group of 5. They brought out 3 people’s food. They ate their food and myself and another where still waiting for our 6 wings. After they got done eating all their food I told the waiter to just cancel my order.
