The best boba I’ve had from Vermont to Hawaii. I call places like this the ‘Trifecta of Five Stars’ Amazing food, Amazing service (and cleanliness), Amazing value.
-Food and drinks are consistent
-Full breakfast, treats or just drinks
-To go orders are easy
-Gluten free options (but be forewarned that equipment is not gluten free)
Overall—One of those little, cool places that you’ll get excited to go back to.

Was visiting from out of town and my daughter wanted Boba so we found this place. Super cute inside! The waffle and boba menus are AMAZING!!! Lots of cute little gift boutique section, but the photo op wall was prob my fave…!
Service left a lot to be desired (both girls on shift were very ‘cold’).
Will definitely be back for Boba and maybe waffles!

Decent Boba at a reasonable price. I haven’t tried the waffles yet, but the milk tea and smoothie were delicious. The tapioca boba were the perfect texture.

Bubble Bear is one of my favorite spots for a fun treat or a quick bite. I love the Caramel Banana Waffle, the Chicken and Waffle, and the Berry Smoothie. The caramel banana waffle is sweet, warm, and perfectly crispy, and the chicken and waffle has the best mix of savory and sweet. The berry smoothie is light, refreshing, and full of real fruit flavor.
The shop has a cute, welcoming vibe and the staff are always friendly and patient, even when it’s busy. Everything is made fresh and always comes out looking and tasting amazing.
Whether you stop by for breakfast, lunch, or just a sweet snack, Bubble Bear never disappoints. It’s definitely one of my favorite places in Newberg to relax and enjoy something delicious.

Very good bubble tea! I like how the menu wasn’t too much or too small. Waffle options look like they’re all tasty too. We will be coming back to try a different flavor each time. Love the ambience and very family friendly shop. Super cute decorations, free water and a small selection of free board games to play. Loved it all! Would recommend to anyone needing a snack.

Bubble Bear was a great find on a random stop in Newberg. Thought we just getting bubble tea and smoothies, and was pleasantly surprised by a variety of sweet and savory waffle combinations. Resisted the chicken and waffles and went for the bacon and waffles which came with sausage and sliced avocado. The waffles were perfect: fluffy and semisweet. The ladies were super friendly and we appreciated the great service. Will definitely remember this place.

Oh I love boba tea!! This place has all the different flavors of pearls. The staff is so friendly and the location is cute. Ample seating bar and table. We had the chicken and waffles, and were not disappointed! Fluffy waffle and crispy chicken. I got a Thai ice boba tea, it was fantastic! We will be back to try their sweet waffles and more flavors of bubble tea!

This isn’t a typical place I would frequent but I wanted to bring my niece and daughter to try it out. Now it’s a place I will absolutely frequent. We’ve been twice and have tried the chicken and waffles, the garden medley, the Nutella, the cheesecake, and the plain waffles. We’ve also had about four types of boba drinks but my go-to is the classic milk tea, half sweet, with tapioca boba. I’m not into sweets much but the kids were dying over their sweet waffles. I liked the chicken and waffles but prefer a more crispy chicken. The garden medley though was amazing and unexpected. I would have never paired greens, tomato, mozzarella, and Italian dressing on a waffle but it freaking works. The bacon was perfectly cooked. It was delicious. Also, I get a lot of boba and this one was on point, light and the boba seemed fresh.

I got a taro smoothie and it was good but the flavor seemed slightly off from what I was used to and I wish it was slightly thicker for a smoothie. I felt like it was more on the milk tea side than a smoothie. It was still tasty though. The spot was cute with a lot of places to sit and the staff was friendly! We didn’t have a waffle but they looked amazing and had a wide variety of options! Next time we are in town!

Genuinely good waffles as well as A+ boba. Courteous staff, fun mellow atmosphere, and easy free parking lot across the street. Can’t go wrong with anything on the menu, but the brown sugar coffee milk tea boba and the Nutella waffle are my go-to’s!
