The City Saloon is a staple dive bar in the Irish Hills. People of all different walks of life can come here, sit and enjoy a beverage together. The new owners have brought a sense of pride back to this bar and it shows through all the hard work and elbow grease they’ve put into this place. Bartenders are personable and fun to be around. The drink prices are fair, plus they have a good selection for being a small, family-ran, dive. The $2 apple pie shots are a favorite of many.

My favorite local dive! Danielle and John have created an amazing community of regular patrons and have turned the saloon into a place where people can go to connect with one another. The prices are fair and you absolutely can’t go wrong with $2 apple pie shots

The bartenders are what makes it worth coming back to but the sexiest bathrooms make me not want to come back, I guess they think it’s funny but I don’t. Hope you have daughters.

ETA reply: “‘Tongue-in-cheek’ is usually code for ‘we know it’s inappropriate but don’t want to admit it.’ If the joke requires defending, it probably isn’t that funny.

Used to be a good, local bar. Now it’s a place for loud, rude, drunk kids on weekends. Only food is snacks like popcorn, with an occasional burger truck or grill for events.. management no longer cares about long-term loyal patrons – just chasing the $ from drunk kids. After 8 years, I no longer go there.

First time there and it was awesome! The owner welcomed us with open arms and the bartender, Tori, was awesome! Awesome place for a great drink, good music, and great people.

I stopped by to get a T-shirt for my father’s 80th birthday. They were closed but, the owner happened to be outside and sold me a couple shirts and hats. Thank you for your kindness, it made my father’s day.

This bar is POPPING on the weekends. Definitely be prepared to share the bar with a ton of people with not much places to sit. They have a very nice backyard with a fire pit and seating. They have a fun menu of their own cocktail creations. I didn’t get a chance to try their food yet but they have specials each week.
