I have been to several Byrd’s locations and the Orland Square Mall Byrd’s is by far the best I have had yet! Attention to detail is one of the main things I look for and I received exactly what I ordered and didn’t have to haggle for an extra sauce! 10/10 For service and the food!❤️❤️❤️

If you are stuck on what to order….. THE FYSH AND CHIPS. I know its a Chicken spot which is amazing as well, but this is the BEST fish sandwich I have EVER had. I order it with Hot (seasoning) everything else the way it comes. The fries were hot and great. Tarter perfect. I live in Florida and every time I come to town this is a MUST stop spot. The owner was super kind.

This quality is so low quality that I would be shocked if it was even halal. Fries were barely cooked, food was generally cold, I asked for buffalo wings and got barbecue. The service and food should be much better at this price, I was even given a dented can and asked to pour my drink myself after I asked for a different one. Update: me and my girlfriend had a terrible bathroom experience after this place! Upset stomach and everything! This place is by far, the worst restaurant in the entire mall, do not come here unless you want low quality crap and poor service!

I was at the mall in Orlando and I went to the bathroom before I ordered my food. When I was washing my hands I saw a gentleman leave a stall and didn’t even look at the sink to wash his hands. He just walked out and then went into an employee area. When I was eating my food I noticed I saw the same person from the washroom taking orders at the counter. He was a white skinned gentleman with a black shirt and a silver chain. Just be careful if you choose to eat here.

First time coming here to try this place with my group of people, it was absolutely delicious, we all enjoyed our food, we love that they always make your food right when you place your order so it’s always made fresh! We will for sure be coming back, thank you for the great customer service

The hot is hot and you will not leave hungry. The chicken here was very good, but batter was very thick. We stopped at this location as we were shopping in the area. I ordered the Mac/cheese as a side dish and the order was very big. I asked for hot for spicy level and it was hot, still very good. We will go back here again during future shopping trips.

This place is located inside of the Orland Square shopping mall.
It’s been at least five years since I have visited a shopping mall and I am happy to report that people still enjoy shopping in person. We had no problem finding Byrds in the food court. The guy working the counter was super nice and answered all of our questions. We came here with the kids and ended up getting mild medium and spicy sandwiches. All were very good and the hot had just enough kick. Meals are very generous. Each chicken sandwich meal included a huge sandwich plus two big sides and a drink. Overall great chicken sandwich spot.

I’ll try to be objective here:
1) Took 20 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food and there was no one ahead of me (so it’s not like it was backed up), which is an eternity in a food court
2) All the food ranged from terrible to mediocre. Mac n cheese was watery and flavorless, mozzarella sticks didn’t have cheese, chicken nuggets were pale and sad, barbecue boneless wings were basically chicken nuggets covered in sauce.
3) Didn’t give us a fork for the Mac. I went back and they said they’re out of forks
4) mozzarella sticks came with some weird spicy mayo instead of marinara like it said on the menu

I had really high hopes for this chicken place. My food doesn’t look like the chicken sandwich advertised at all. It was really odd to me that the chicken sandwich wasn’t a full piece of meat but looked as if someone chopped in pieces. I ordered hot level of heat and it was definitely not hot at least for me, no spice whatsoever.
