Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. This place has some of the best Pho this side of the Pacific. The broth is just right and they also provide chili oil. Pho Tai and Pho Gao were both dynamite. The pork Bahn mi was good but the sauce is a bit heavy. Very fast service. I look forward to returning.

Our family loves the Pho. The food is amazing and always delicious, full of flavor. We eat there multiple times a week and order various items on the menu. The owners are Vietnamese and bring their culture with them. We have gotten to know them very well over time. If you feel they are rude or insensitive, understand first where they came from and learn their story. If you want good fair priced Pho this is it. If you want excellent fine dining customer service experience, this isn’t the place.

Editing and adding a star to my review:
I tried this place again and it was great! The Vegan Pho is AMAZING! So tasty! The fresh spring rolls are soooo good! I’m definitely pleased. And will go back! Now they offer takeout if you pay when you order-
Still a bit rushed and crowded indoors- but take out is a good option.

Not great service a bit like the “Pho Nazi” (am i allowed to say that?) they make you feel rushed to order. There are rules posted like “1. Order food at counter. 2. Pick a table. 3. Bus your own table. Rules are cool and I’m sure it helps the place run smoothly. But one doesn’t go for the ambiance for sure!
Tight space inside.

The older Asian cashier was rude and inattentive, eating at a table front and center and scrolling her phone intensely for several minutes before acknowledging me, the customer. With a tired and rude tone she took my order and reminded me that I must bus my own table after leaving. The tea comes sweet like boba with a plastic cup and film but they will switch to unsweetened for additional money. The Pho is very weak and cloudy and it comes out less than hot, mild worm. You will get lots of noodles and not a bad price. 12.99. The spring rolls aren’t bad, but they are rolled loose, most of the ingredients falls out after one bite. The peanut sauce is a bit bland, the fried spring rolls are a bit bigger than tootsie rolls, but they are tasty. This is not a real restaurant, it’s a to go operation with a few tables. I should have taken the hint from the nice lady at the Asian market, just down the street, she didn’t recommend this place, and you can do much better at the other two Vietnamese restaurants in town.

This place is AMAZING! My mom and I come here all the time and they never disappoint! I’d recommend the Beef or Meatball Pho but honestly everything on the menu is amazing. The chili oil is to die for and would come back for it every time if I could. Our favorite is the dumplings!

The owner is a very unhappy human being who doesn’t want to own a restaurant. He is incredibly rude. We have been loyal customers. I called twice to make sure that they were still serving, when we arrived before last call he refused to serve us. Yelling take out only. I had seen him do this to another person prior. The soup is good but the owner needs to sell the restaurant to someone who actually wants to serve people food.

I was happy to find Pho Cafe open late last night. I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and a good seating area for a smaller restaurant. They have a Pho, noodle dishes and a good selection of Bahn Mi sandwiches. The grilled pork was delicious. I’ll definitely be back!

My wife and I ate here the other night and it was a huge mistake. Within hours, we were both violently ill with food poisoning. It has been a nightmare 24 hours involving severe pain and a trip to urgent care to get medication. It is clear that the food safety standards here are not up to par. I would not wish this experience on anyone. Please save yourself the pain, lost work hours and the medical bills and go somewhere else. Your health is more important. I wish I saw the many other reviews stating the same!

Pho Cafe never misses. Small dining area, so be mindful of when you are planning to go. Going before of after the lunch rush is ideal. They are friendly and the food is always fresh and nourishing. So good!

Pho cafe is THE BEST place to go to in the Wilmington area! My fiance and I had our first date at pho so we now try all the places we can and this is still #1! I recommend it to all my friends. The service is amazing, it’s a small business so you meet the owner and their family. It’s very small inside so during rush it may fill up quickly. I have never had a bad experience here!
