I went on my lunch break it was fairly busy upon arrival. When it was my turn to order my food I was greeted by a kind male worker. I say all that to say this upon observance since this location is downtown you get a lot of people well dressed and in suits. I work at a homeless shelter so I had on ripped jeans my have locs in my head so I feel that the cashier who is also Black treated me so unkind. He passed over me when it was time to check out. He did not do this to any other customer that checked out before me.I will not be returning ever again!!!

I have started only coming to this location anytime I want subway. I drive 10 minutes out of my way just to come here vs a closer location. Clean, friendly and always fresh. 10/10 recommend stopping in here for the best service

I haven’t been to Subway in years and was pleasantly surprised at how much it has improved. Of course, the particular location you go to will alter your experience a great deal. This location was bright and clean and the employees attentive, friendly and energetic. I would never call Subway’s food “good,” but as fast food goes it is a cut above burger joints, imo.

It’s frustrating to get subway coupons in the mail and then go to a subway only for them to tell you they don’t “participate” in honoring coupons. I never would have thought companies can refuse to honor coupons to their own company

I walked 2 blocks from the Hilton to arrive 15 minutes before they closed. Great service and a good sub. I’ll visit them again while I am at my conference this week.

One of the best subway I’ve ever visited. Big, spacious and in the middle of the downtown St. Louis. First time may be hard to locate. Once you locate it, you may feel to go to same subway whenever you are nearby.
