Me and my partner were looking for another solid ramen place, and this IS our new top favorite! Our entire group got the tonkotsu ramen and it was SO TASTY. Not a lot of places can do an amazing ajitama in their ramen. Portions were perfect, not overwhelming. Their boba tea was fantastic, got the thai milk tea and passionfruit mango tea with mango boba, 10/10! The service was great as well. I believe it was the manager who was helping us. She always made sure our waters were topped off, checked in on us, and she was very kind. Definitely coming again, especially for those jammy ramen eggs!

A Mixed Bag at A One Noodle & Dumpling
My family and I recently visited A One Noodle & Dumpling in Pembroke Pines to meet up with my mother’s old friends. We chose this spot for its casual and family-friendly vibe, but our experience was a bit of a mixed bag.
I was particularly excited to try the Korean Kimchi Ramen. I asked to have the noodles omitted from my dish, but the waitress informed me this wasn’t an option. While a bit disappointing, I decided to proceed with the order, and I’m glad I did. The soup base was truly excellent—rich, flavorful, and satisfying. The additions of chashu pork and braised pork belly were incredible, with both meats being incredibly tender and well-prepared. These were the definite highlights of my meal.
For my mother, we ordered the Bibimbap. She was very pleased with her choice, and we made sure to add chashu pork and braised pork belly for her as well. She loved the dish, and the restaurant was generous with the portion of rice, which was a plus.
The biggest letdown of our visit was the dumplings. They didn’t seem fresh and were not good at all. This was a significant disappointment, especially since “dumpling” is in the name of the restaurant.
Overall, A One Noodle & Dumpling has some standout dishes, particularly the ramen and the customizable Bibimbap. The friendly service and enjoyable company made for a pleasant evening, but the quality of the dumplings was a significant drawback. If you go, I would recommend sticking to their noodle and rice-based dishes, as they seem to be their specialty.

I’ve been a long-time customer of A1 Noodle & Dumpling, and they never disappoint. Whether you’re dining in or ordering takeout, the food is always consistent — hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious every single time.
If you choose to dine in, the customer service is excellent. The servers are incredibly attentive, always refilling water, checking in to make sure everything tastes great, and making sure you’re comfortable. You truly feel taken care of.
The menu has wonderful options at great prices, and the portions are generous — you definitely get your money’s worth. Every dish comes out flavorful and made to perfection.

Little hidden place near the movie theater. The ambiance is friendly and cozy, looks like they just painted/re-decorated. Waitress was friendly, on top of water refill and bringing out the food. Food was good. The noodle dish was my favorite with the melted cheese. The bao bun was ok and the rice bowl was good but nothing new. Good place to eat at before catching a movie, decent prices.

if i could give a 0 or negative 5, i would. NO TASTE. i had the kimchi ramen, the broth tastes like water. the only flavor is the kimchi. it is disgusting and barely edible. this place will not be around in a year. DISGUSTING!!! TASTELESS!! GROSS!!! WORST ramen i had!

Food is fresh and home made. Delicious. My mom is very hard to please but she was very impressed with how fresh the noodles were as well as the pork buns.
I loved all the smoothies and teas. My brother got passionfruit and I got strawberry, they tasted like they put real strawberries in the blender without the added syrup most places put.
The butterfly Litchi tea at 50% sweetness was just perfect for me since I am diabetic and didn’t want it too sweet.
Our server was attentive and friendly. The place was quite empty and the storefront is next to a very sad looking Regal Cinema movie theater in the more vacant part of Paraiso Parc Shopping complex.
A-1 Noodles is truly a hidden gem. I don’t know why this place isn’t packed with patrons because the quality of the food is top notch. Hopefully their business is mostly pick up orders.
The decor is lacking and the employee stuffing dumplings on a nearby table is similar to many old fashion chinese restaurants which usually turns me off to the place but I can’t dispute the quality of hand made noodles and home made rice buns. My mom vowed to come back (which is a big deal coming from her).
I wasn’t too hungry so I ordered the miso ramen which had a perfect soft boiled egg in a large bowl of al dente noodles.
My mom and brother got the flamed ramen and they said the heat on the spicy noodles was just hot enough to make his nose run (for spicy food lovers, that is the sweet spot).
We all picked braised pork belly for our ramen which had the right amount of fatty savory protein for the soup.
My brother chose beef dumplings and he said it was good. They picked the right way to do beef by using a ground beef instead of shredded beef so it doesn’t get too dry.
I can’t wait to try other dishes with my sisters next time. It is so close to home too, so you can shop at Costco, Publix, Ross and have a nice noodle meal. I do want to try their japanese curry rice though, and my cousins like Korean food so they can try that too.
The menu is not huge but they have a little korean, japanese, thai and chinese. I am definitely getting thai donuts on the next trip. I got too full on smoothies and teas this time.
update: came back again and tried the takoyaki (octupus balls) which were light and tasty although few octupus pieces inside. like conch fritters, you wish they had more. We also ordered dry noodles but their spicy sauce is curry based so I am going to try the udon noodles next time. It wasn’t bad but ramen noodles with curry is a very specific taste that not all people can enjoy. Ramen is best suited for soups while spaghetti, udon, flat noodles are good either style.
And the discovery of the year! They have the BEST thai donuts i have ever tasted. super fluffly inside and light crispy outside. I want to come back every week just for that dessert.

I always passed by this place and wanted to try. They have different asian dishes: ramen, rice, boba, etc. I tried the takoyaki first, which was good and hot. The tonkotsu ramen is full of flavor and I loved it. The workers were very friendly and nice, refilled my glass before I asked. They had us spin a wheel at the end, which gives a free price or discount for the next visit. I plan to come back to use the edamame coupon and try more dishes. Enjoyable noodle place, right next to the theater, not a huge menu, but it has good variety, great tea as well. The staff was so relaxed and friendly, the good is very fresh, and it has a small quick casual noodle place vibe inside if you dine in.

I’ve never actually been in the restaurant and orderes through DoorDash at least a dozen times.
Everything is packaged perfectly. Never had an issue with spilled sauce or leaking entrees.
The food quality is outstanding. Japanese curry, dumplings, Chinese food, it’s all fantastic.
UPDATE: In the 3 months since I’ve posted this review not a thing has changed. Everything is still tasty as hell and they exceed expectations at every step.
Favorites are Japanese Curry, fried pork dumplings, & General Tso’s.
Also wanted to point out that they have never failed to meet my special requests such as no bean sprouts or no nori on rice.
I hope this place sticks around for a long long time.

Came for the first time to the new-ish ramen and boba shop. This is a small restaurant but has Pentothal tables to accommodate bigger groups.
The services was great from beginning to end.
The fruit green teas with popping bobas were refreshing and sweet.
We started with a order of pork bao buns with were so flavorful and the pork was thick and juicy.
We also order the steamed fried pork bun which it was my first time trying and they were really good as well.
For entree we order a tonkatsu ramen and a flaming ramen. It does not come with a protein, but you can add different proteins like chashu pork, shrimp , tofu and more. Both ramen broth were delicious
I would definitely recommend and I’ll will be back.
