Gunnar was an amazing waiter! Was our first time visiting the restaurant and had super high expectations and service did not disappoint!!!! Atmosphere was more than expected as well. Food was cooked properly but honestly we were expecting more than typical bar flavors. Don’t get me wrong we ate everything and no one complained but flavors weren’t over the top. Pricey with great gift shop!

We absolutely loved our time at this place. I think we spent almost 4 hours here! We sat down and ate as a family of 8 (we have 6 kids) and all the food was amazing!! Our server, MONICA, was so sweet and she made our experience so special! We had a fun time at the arcade with our $10 cards that we got from buying a kids meal and she even threw in a couple more! They sang happy birthday for our baby who turned a year old recently. The bathroom was even awesome! We took pictures of everything! Fun experience!

Downtown Flavortown is a super-fun, semi-wild, family-friendly place for lunch or dinner in Pigeon Forge. This is a Guy Fieri establishment and every inch of the place has all of his flair! The atmosphere is crazy!!! There is an arcade, duck pin bowling, a tiki bar and fantastic dining area. The vibe is retro while being modern. There are spots for couples all the way up to large parties.
The menu has some wild options. We tried the Fat Boy pizza and Ol’ School Steak Sandwich. The pizza was good, but a little too crazy for me. The steak sandwich was incredibly delicious. There are options for everyone!
The service is stellar. We love Caesar…he was friendly and efficient. When I had a question about the sauce on the pizza, he had a chef come out to speak to us. He was equally awesome!
We would recommend Downtown Flavortown on your next Pigeon Forge vacation. It’s slightly expensive compared to other area restaurants, but you are getting a completely unique experience…and it’s in a great location for other family-friendly things to do!

What a great place to eat and hang out. Well designed and fantastic food! The Nashville hot chicken nachos were our server was super friendly and did a great job. She even gave our little blue man great service! Did I mention there is mouthwash in the restroom? That’s a first for me, but I like it!

We approached the restaurant and noticed the huge shared parking lot and a massive Flavortown mural on the side of the building. The restaurant itself was located at the end of the Mountain Mile mixed use complex. We entered, without a reservation and were greeted warmly. I put my name and phone number in the system and was informed it would be about a 10-15 minute wait. While we were waiting, we walked into the gift shop just to browse around. Next thing we knew they were calling our name. We were led to our table, provided menus and our server came over very quickly. We reviewed the menu with the goal of ordering light and/or sharing. We started with drinks. I ordered a Yuengling, and Wifey chose one of her favorites, a Blue Moon. My oldest daughter ordered a sweet tea, and my youngest was happy to see root beer on the menu. Our server then took our food order. My oldest ordered the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls appetizer. Wifey and I shared the Double Barrel BBQ wings with a side of fries that everyone could snack on. My youngest kept it simple with a side of mac and cheese. While we waited, we enjoyed the holiday music playing in the background, and I took a good scan of the interior. The place was huge and had a lot of good energy. Most of the staff was dressed in festive attire, including ugly sweaters and blinking hats.I noticed a full bar located in the center of the restaurant, along with a connected interior game room for the kids that included many of the usual carnival games. The food arrived quickly, and we all started digging in and sharing. My youngest mentioned the mac and cheese could have used a little more seasoning, but overall, we were very happy with our choices. Our table was directly in front of the kitchen, separated by a floor to ceiling window, which gave us a clear view of all the activity inside. The kitchen, restrooms, and entire interior were very clean. Johnny, our server, was very friendly, took great care of us and even told us about the surrounding area and local attractions. Before heading out, we wandered around the interior and discovered some additional lounge areas. We definitely enjoyed our first visit to Flavortown, and I would recommend it if you find yourself in this area.

Downtown FlavorTown in Pigeon Forge was an absolute blast from start to finish! The food was outstanding — the Mac & Cheese Burger and the Big Cheesy were hands down some of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
We started with the queso and homemade chips, and it was the perfect balance of spicy and mild flavors — seriously addictive. You can tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients.
The arcade was just as impressive as the food. Tons of games, hours of entertainment, and great prizes made it fun for both kids and adults.
If you’re in town, I highly recommend stopping by this location. Great food, great atmosphere, and a great overall experience!

Decided to visit this place after being told about their arcade/free entree deal. We bought $200 worth of credits at the arcade, which also pays out triple tickets everyday BTW, and received 4 free entree cards. After having a blast at the arcade, we went to get some dinner and it did NOT disappoint. Not only was our waiter amazing but so was the food. We started off with trash can nachos, they are a must, my daughter got a burger that was loaded with Mac n cheese and fried onions, she’s 9 and absolutely LOVED this burger. In the end because of our 4 free entrees, we ended up getting over $90 taken off our bill. Our awesome waiter even gave us a couple arcade cards to finish up having fun, I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

We were excited to experience Flavortown over our Christmas holiday vacay. The atmosphere was nice. Beautiful decor, loved to wall of tvs, and arcade (which was a very cool surprise). Overall the atmosphere very nice.
We visited during the workweek, so it wasn’t extremely busy. However, we did have quite a wait to be served after being seated. We also had quite a wait to receive our menus & our food after we ordered it. It was even a challenge getting (or find) our waitress so we could have refills on our drinks.
And the food.., well…,it looked very, very yummy but surprisingly, our meals were not that great. Our food was bland and a bit tasteless. The kids ordered pizza but stated that it didn’t taste good. They didn’t even eat the fries. We also did not receive the $10 gift card for ordering the kids meals.
So overall, the atmosphere and look/decor was great but the food was not (sorry to say).
Will we go back to this location? Unfortunately no BUT I will continue to watch his shows! (I enjoy watching his shows! )

We got the winter deal so we got $25 game cards, a game of duckpin bowling and a free entree for $29.95 I think? About $30. We decided to get a drink at the bar and start with bowling. Bethany was the bartender/ server/ food runner/ everything at the tiki bar. She was super friendly. Our drinks were amazing. We got the hurricane bubble bowl, painkiller and some beers. Then we went we got cheeseburgers. Our experience was amazing but totally due to our service. Thank you Bethany
