Wish I could give a zero for service. Food was cold and the customer service was god awful
Placed an order by phone, had it confirmed in store before paying. When I approached the counter to pick up said order the male in the kitchen immediately asked me if I could double check my order because he may have missed something. Checked with cashier and was reassured it was correct.
This was not the case, I called back and was told to shut up when they were questioning me and then attempting to answer.
Not refunded for one sandwich I paid for and did not receive, disrespected and absolutely will never be back. Zero stars across the board.

This store is conveniently located on Royalton Rd and Ridge Rd in N Royalton. The store was clean, employees were friendly and the food was good for fast food. Overall a success.

Its not the first time that they didn’t put any lunch meat on the Roman burger but @ $7.50 and not getting what you ordered I took it back and I got a lame excuse and they were willing to make me a new one but I wanted my money back I know they are millionaires but trying to nickel and dime customers is inexcusable. Just make sure you’re getting what you asked for. But seriously just go somewhere else.

I ordered 6 sub sandwiches by phone. They only gave us 5 sub sandwiches. When we called to get a refund on the 1 sub sandwich they argued and told me to “shut up.”

We don’t live in OH anymore but every time we come back to visit we come to Mr hero’s at least every other meal. We absolutely love this place and unfortunately they are only in OH. This location is very friendly and the food is on point every time. Please expand into my states please.

Ordered online, was ready when I got there, food was good. I’m happy with it. I always stick to the roman burgers and wafer fries with cheese. It’s one of those franchises that still tastes the same as when I was a kid. Prices are way too high to eat there often though, even with a discount it was still expensive, but can’t blame them, that’s everywhere now, but seriously look for coupons in the paper before going. The guy there was nice and friendly and this seams to be a clean location, didn’t dine in but wouldn’t hesitate to eat there. One negative is the Mr Hero App is awful, there should be an easier way to find your order. Next time I’ll print the email I got so I don’t have trouble finding the order number next time.

They separate the meat slices for the cheese steaks buy throwing them on the floor. That floor gets mopped once a nite and not very well. You do the math.
