A lively crowd for a Monday. They had our favorite beer, Mango Cart, on tap. The Mango Cart paired with the Brisket Grilled Cheese was simply delightful! The Buffalo Chicken Dip was over the top! The hush puppies, which were served with the grilled shrimp platter, were the most flavorful I’ve had in my entire 58 years on this planet!!! They were so damn good, I had to get an order of the hush puppies to go!

Had dinner with a friend at State 28 Kitchen and Cocktails in Lewisville, TX. Nice place with a full bar, signature cocktails, live music and delicious food. We had the Tater Kegs and Bruschetta appetizers, no entrees this time. Loved the huge Martini glass that the Bruschetta came in, kinda wanted to take it lol. Would recommend for a low key, laid back evening.

My friend and I came out to try State 28 this past Sunday. Our server, Cami, was amazing, had a bubbly and friendly personality and great with food suggestions. She hand crafted our Blueberry Bourbon and Margarita drinks and they were delightful. She made our evening even more special than just a usual getogether! The ambience and food were wonderful as well. Highly recommend!!!

We ordered: the buffalo wings, mushrooms and pizza. I had strawberry smash and my husband had a beer. Everything tasted great. The food was hot and the drinks cold and crisp. The service was great. Our waitress was very patient and attentive. Will definitely be back.

YUM! This place was way bigger than I thought it would be. The people were really nice, and the food was SO good. I would recommend this place and I will be back! I got the fried shrimp and onions rings, the spices were perfect. My friend got a chicken dish and loved it. I am hungry just typing this out, so good.

My wife & I went there yesterday. I ordered the meatballs with mozzarella cheese and my wife ordered the chicken quesadilla’s. Unfortunately the meatballs were so EXCESSIVELY over seasoned with salt and fennel that I could not even eat 1 full meatball! The chicken quesadilla was ok at best. The chicken pieces were small and thin. The 2 bar tenders were waiting on both the bar and the entire restaurant and as such the service was not great. For my 2 cents I would recommend finding somewhere else to eat. Hope that helps.

Cocktails and food was awesome! Loved the atmosphere and service. We sat at the bar and watched football on a Saturday night. Love the entire vibe! My husband and I shared a few plates – fried brussel sprouts, Cajun pasta and fried shrimp. The portions are definitely worth the money! In the heart of old town Lewisville so after stuffing our faces, we walked it off by walking around the shops and enjoying the fall breeze! Nice place to go for a romantic dinner!
