Saw this new Dunkin on my way home . Looks like they just opened . Went drive in to order stuff . Ordered hash browns and it took a long time .. 5-6 mins … and I was given a maschiato but without a straw . Didn’t realize it till I drove 2-3 miles . Had to wait till I reached home to drink this . Hope the employees are trained well for quick service..

So now we need to tip Dunkin workers? This is now a trending thing I’m seeing at many locations. It definitely doesn’t look good.

Profiled immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!
The new manager assumed I was a DoorDash or Uber person.
I proceeded to spend $23.00 for me and the kids…
Asked for an extra cup my cup was too hot… he said $1.
Then said he can change cups.
But is that not the same thing???
Without the charge…
I left exhausted!!!!!!

I have only gotten coolattas from this establishment however the employees are welcoming. The establishment is very clean and they have a drive thru.

they definitely know how to represent their drunks I normally order a caramel graze ice latte and presentation in other locations is terrible but here it actually makes you wanna drink it all right!!

Plenty of parking. Very clean and the bathroom was clean and smells clean. I can tell the workers work efficiently to keep the store clean and tidy. The service was fast with many baristas on site. Food was good and for once the coffee tastes fresh. I cannot say the same for most Dunkin’s I have visited but this Dunkin left a refreshing taste of coffee in my mouth.

hidden gem in SP, not many people come around here so the workers pay extreme attention to detail whilst making drinks and they’re always good. i prefer this location over all the other locations in SP!
