Nicole was my server at the B Connector United location.
She was quick, friendly, asked all the right questions, and generally very on top of the situation.
She is one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time and it was really refreshing!
Legal needs more employees like her (although she will be impossible to clone).

Breaks my heart to write this review. Oh man, I know they can do better. This specific spot is bad, the lobster roll was overcooked so is the clam chowder. Service is good but nothing more 🙁 would try other terminals.

No atmosphere is acceptable in an airport. Yet, the service personnel were unfriendly. When we got our salmon, which showed no sign of being grilled, perhaps simply microwaved, the service lady aggressively yelled. And her co-worker helped on. Is it a Legal?!

Legal Seafood has been a long time favorite over the years. Not sure if it’s going downhill or getting too big. This location lacks service in my opinion. 5 people behind the bar to tend to a half full bar. I would have spent more money with just a little more attention given to us the customers vs what the employees do on their time off.

Salad take out was only half full. Obviously when we added the 3rd salad, they didn’t make the 3rd one, but split the 2 already made salad into 3 boxes. When we complained, the waitress acted very rude.

Service was good but food was awful. Don’t bother with the breakfast sandwich. It’s made with rubbery powdered eggs and microwave bacon. How much could it really cost to use a real egg? Do better.
