The food is never hot. We have a dairy queen in the town I live in and the quality of the food is completely different. Nothing ever seems freshly made. Fries are usually old.

This place is quite busy so the staff is always hard at work yet happily serves you with a smile. The food here is slightly above your standard fast food place taste wise because it’s always served hot n fresh. The Alaskan fish sandwich is delicious. Not the cleanest establishment but they get a pass because there’s so much foot traffic from the oilfield workers coming in and out with muddy boots.

Repeated my order twice and they screwed up literally everything on it besides the chicken strips because that’s impossible to mess up.
I asked for a flamethrower burger with no onion or tomato, then they give me a flamethrower chicken sandwich? I then ask for two plain cheese burgers with only cheese and they ask me to repeat myself which I did and I get two cheese burgers with everything on it. And I’m not gunna drive back 20 minutes and waste more gas money because they weren’t listening……

Everytime I visit this Dairy Queen, the food is cooked perfectly and the staff is always friendly. My last visit on Thursday, November 6th, I had the Backyard Bacon Stackburger and it’s was awesome. Thanks for the great job you all do!

First off I never complain I get it I know how it is I’ve worked in the industry yeah I still never complain. However there is one piece of tomato the size of a pickle on a double cheeseburger deluxe that I requested only mayonnaise lettuce and tomatoes. The french fries are still completely white and cold. I wasn’t going to leave a review until I went to take a bite of it and not only was it cold ther only one tomato was the end piece that should have been thrown away It’s not even the size of a half dollar. And still has the brown from where it was picked . I will never eat here again And on top of it I can tell you how an employee feels about the CO2 being turned off to their soda machine as I heard five different cuss words come out of his mouth from the back. I don’t think that’s appropriate language for customer service and for customers to have to hear. I’m not happy with my meal or the employee who made it The girl who took my order did very good and had no issues with her. Not what I would expect it after working all day long. There’s not even an option for The double cheeseburger deluxe below which is what I ordered I took pictures.

Sad to call you out! Now the second time I have got a blizzard you didn’t turn upside down when I call you out you don’t give me one for free! Came through drive through. Ordered food. Received the wrong burger (missing a patty and its a different burger entirely) was missing a fry for another combo. Even at the drive through window. was told “don’t worry everything’s in there and I threw in forks and napkins”
It’s dairy queen. I get it. Expectations aren’t high anyway, But when 40 bucks gets spent and are reassured and still food wrong and missing.
