I Oder a açai bowl and add peanut butter and I get rarely any hazelnut in my hazelnut acai bowl I also put peanut butter but there was nearly any compared to the other stores in tropical smoothie this would not be my favorite i honestly am disappointed the poor amount of quality and effort they put into the bowl I seen better and I wish they did better because I had revived better service from a other tropical smoothie cafe location and the last picture is the other stores service compared to this one in Saint Charles

I got a bowl and the pineapples were rotten. It smelled like that fermented alcohol kinda old. My husband asked for a smoothie and add pea protein. The sticker said whey….when asked about it the worker apologized, poured the smoothie back in blender and added protein….we ended up just tossing it. The wrap was okay.

They processed our order wrong and we realized it was wrong when we got home.
There was no chicken in the chicken quesadilla.
I proceeded to call and all they did was argue with me over the phone that we didn’t say chicken.
My daughter clearly said chicken quesadilla- she orders this frequently! Terrible service will not be back to this location!

Just walked in this place, got a strawberry blueberry extra scoop of protein which total two protein scoops they made the shake. The shake in the machine probably was double of what they should’ve made for the extra large one so am I really getting my extra scoop of protein when you’re throwing out half of what you made unreal mind you I pay just over $11 for the shake

The peanut butter cup smoothie is my favorite! I also love the detox island green because it has zero added sugar and tastes yummy (not too sweet). The Thai wrap is great too. Lots of healthy options. Lots of customizable options for the smoothies with add ins.

Great smoothies, great selection. Great for a sweet tooth or a healthier choice. Got food here for the first time, and the Buffalo chicken wrap is great! Its grilled, not fried, so my entire meal was pretty healthy. It’s a smaller portion for American portions, but it’s fairly priced and delish!!! Highly recommend!!! Oh! They have a special right now $2.99 smoothies with any non breakfast food purchase from 3-9pm, so my sandwich and smothie cost me what a meal at mcdonalds would have been. Mid shifters, run dont walk here for your late lunches!!

I frequent multiple tropical smoothie locations — this one is by far the worst. The last 2 times I have ordered via delivery I have not gotten my order. First time, okay it happens, no big deal. It must have gotten lost somewhere with the driver, not tropical smoothies fault. Today was the second time. I ordered for delivery at 8:30, driver texts me at 9:00 saying it will be there soon, I follow up twice with the driver to ask ETA and where my order is, they don’t respond. so I called tropical smoothie and they were pretty rude basically telling me there’s nothing they can do, asked why I was calling 1.5 hours later. I said because I was trying to get into contact with the driver and figure out what’s going on and that I’m working with patients…I’m not going to call about my smoothie while providing treatment to someone. The manager was really condescending and told me to call the delivery service. I couldn’t even find which delivery service they used anywhere on my app or receipt so I just called DoorDash hoping it was the right one, which thankfully it was. DoorDash was pretty helpful but they couldn’t issue my refund so they asked if I wanted to just get it remade/redelivered which I said yes that would be great. DoorDash called to ask if Tropical could remake and they would send a driver out but Tropical refused. DoorDash said I could try to get a refund, they transferred me back to tropical’s manager, which he again said it wasn’t his problem and that I need to call DoorDash. I told him I just spoke with them (and so did he because he was the one who refused to remake the order) and since Tropical was the one who received my payment, they would be the ones to refund. He said no, I’m wrong and that I need to call DoorDash again and was really rude/unhelpful/condescending. I just ended up telling him I’m disputing it with my bank and I’m not ordering from there again. My work used to order from there all the time but not anymore, especially when all I was trying to do was get my damn food

The team has been extremely accommodating when it comes to large orders.Over the last year, they have completed numerous catering events for my company without a hiccup. They’ve been great. Deliver on time every time, and recommend them when you have quick meeting that requires either breakfast or lunch with less than 24 hours notice. But make their job easy and plan ahead. But in a pinch for lunch for the office, they are a popular choice. They also make small smoothies to go with meals. They served up to 30 for me.
