This review is long overdue. We’ve ordered from Kabob Village multiple times and have also taken friends there to dine in — and every single experience has been excellent.
It’s a bit tucked away in the corner near Park Drive and Stanford Ranch in Rocklin, but once you find it, you’ll keep going back. Easily one of the best spots in the Roseville/Rocklin area.
The food is consistently outstanding. Not just one dish — everything we’ve tried has been flavorful and authentic. Portions are very generous, and the lentil soup to start is always a win. They also offer drinks like bubble tea, which is a nice bonus.
Customer service is top-tier. The gentleman working there and the family running the place are incredibly friendly and welcoming. You feel taken care of every time.
Overall, this is some of the best Middle Eastern food in the surrounding area. Highly recommend — and don’t just try one dish. Explore the menu.

All the dishes are very tasty and fresh. My photos don’t do them justice. I don’t know how they managed to make the bread that way but I felt like it could melt in my mouth. The owner is super friendly. Don’t skip the baklavas, they’re bomb. This place deserves more reputation.

My sons are huge fans of the boba here. They use fresh fruit ingredients and I feel the boba here is healthier than other places because it’s not made with processed stuff and too much sugar.

We had the BEST experience at Fuji Tea House & Mediterranean Grill (recently under new ownership) and will definitely be back! This is exactly the kind of spot our area needs!! The food and drinks were SO delicious, fresh and homemade. The restaurant is family owned and the owner was so kind and attentive! Super yummy lentil soup, pita bread & baklava for dessert was included with our meal and we left so full — it was plenty of food for such a reasonable price. Everything was incredible. Such a great meal.
The drinks were also delicious and you are able to customize sweetness level to your own preference which is great. The restaurant is clean and exactly the kind of business you can feel good about supporting. We can’t wait to come again!

I love the food at Kabob Village, my favorite dishes are the chicken shawarma plate and the Chapli kabob, and they even include a bowl of soup when you order a plate, and for desert I recommend there home made Baklava and if your in the mood for a good drink I highly recommend getting a milk tea with boba, the owner is always so friendly and inviting, a great family eatery, 5 stars for sure.

As someone who loves to eat out, I’m finding it harder and harder to justify eating out when food portions are getting smaller and smaller and prices are skyrocketing. I just discovered this place because my usual place that I love is getting too expensive. This is our new go to place because it is DELICIOUS! Oh my goodness. Everything we got was so flavorful and delicious. The price for what you get and the amount you get is very fair. Also, service was wonderful. I really hope they don’t change. Definitely recommend this new found gem!

Anything with lamb was incredibly musky/gamey and it tainted everything else in the dish. I can’t place which seasoning it was covered in, but it seemed to make the dish rather one-note. After reading so many good reviews, I am incredibly skeptical of their veracity. Either that or my orders were just an anomaly.
I’m a boba fan and ordered a peach taro milk tea, but it was just too syrupy. I have a sweet tooth but still have my limits. The drink was sickly sweet with a slightly viscous mouthfeel even after mixing. If you can imagine, the tapioca immediately following that initial sip was not a good complement.
It seems almost everyone who reviews is enjoying the place, so I’m happy to see that. It will probably be quite a while before I try it again, however. Certainly go and find out for yourself; I am hoping it was just an isolated experience.
