I agree with what others have said—the rolls are a little on the smaller side, but honestly, I love that I can fully customize them exactly how I like! The rolls were super fresh and really tasty. Service was quick and efficient—perfect for grabbing something on the go. Since it’s a food truck in a small spot, parking can be limited, but it’s absolutely worth it. Fresh food, fast service, and the ability to make it your way… I’ll definitely be back!

The photo says it all.. the best valcano roll I have EVER eaten! Delicious and the presentation was gorgeous. This sushi sake food truck on 262 and us1 is the best sushi I have ever eaten I have been to most sushi sakes but this food truck wins them all thank you for being so close to my house

I like it. The 1st time I went for a shrimp tempura roll it was A1, kiss to the Chef remarkable, from the freshness to the presentation plated with a beautiful real hibiscus flower. Loved it. This truck locked me in with the dine in esthetics from a Truck. This is my second time grabbing a roll is it was less appealing to look at. We gon try again another time. Kinda messy tbh. Slightly turned off. But still fresh and tasty.

Sushi Sake FT 1 is an absolute gem! The atmosphere is lively yet welcoming, making it the perfect spot for any occasion. The sushi is exceptional—fresh, flavorful, and expertly prepared by talented chefs who clearly take pride in their craft. The Hibachis are the best! No other Sushi sake location can Top this foodtruck. I see a few bad reviews, but i have never had a bad expierence here and its always TOP NOTCH. Haters gonna hate.
The service? Outstanding. The lady in the front goes above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience. Add the hialeah fried rice recommended by the owner herself and you’ve got the perfect pairing. The cherry on top is the music they have great taste—it creates a unique and unforgettable ambiance.

This isn’t just a sushi foodtruck; it’s a full-on experience. Highly recommend!

Sushi Sake FT1 Naranja never disappoints! We ordered takeout for dinner and everything was absolutely amazing. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavor. Every roll tasted like it was made with care and high-quality ingredients.

The service was just as impressive — friendly, fast, and organized. Our order was ready on time and everything was perfectly packed. Even as takeout, the presentation and quality were top-tier.

The atmosphere inside is always clean, welcoming, and has a great vibe. Whether dining in or taking out, this place consistently delivers. Definitely one of the best sushi spots in the area. Highly recommend!

Do not visit. The customer service is beyond poor. I returned an order due to hard rice, uncooked veggies, and very poor quality/ tough steak. The young lady has very poor customer service. The parking lot was flooded. The curbside had dog poop in the grass. Just save time and money and visit the Redlands and Cutler Bay location.

My family and I live nearby and do takeout here regularly. The food is consistently good and always fresh. The service and ambiance is also on point. We love milly. We love sitting outside in the at the tables enjoying the fresh air. Over the weekend we came with the grandkids and it turned out great! They were very attentive to the kids, allergies and keeping us happy. They were able to accommodate us seating wise just fine. Milly helped me out from start to finish and she was amazing. As usual, the food and service were outstanding.
