Initially I gave this place 5 stars when it first opened. My first order was lovely, hot food, good selection and plenty of meat on the choices. I decided to return for a discounted Mother’s Day special. I was a little disappointed this time. Curry was very tasty and I did enjoy it however there was a lot of sauce and not a lot of meat. The naan and rice were good but the curry on a little cold side. I priced up the same items with another curry restaurant I use and Kuryz came out about £12 cheaper, so I suppose it is a case of you get what you pay for

Normally have a really delicious meal from these people and was looking forward to another being delivered, but tonight we ordered online and was about to pay when the website closed down! When we called to re-order and told no delivery we were gobsmacked. It was 9.20pm! Hardly late when they are open until 10.30pm
Might be a while before we order again.

I’ve used Kurtz for a few years now and the food has been at the top of the tree. However, the last two times the regular meals that I have, have not been the same in flavour and the various ingredients. The meals were okay on these occasions but not at the levels that I’d been expecting. I like the staff and pleasant atmosphere but would be interested to know if the chef had been replaced/changed and whether the food will soon be back to it’s excellent standards previously.
Also, the last take away I had I had to have delivered and asked that it be delivered between 19.30 and 19.45 / 20.00. They said yes but it came at about 18.30 and the guest who was coming for a meal, was not due until 19.30. Shame really, food having to be re-heated in a microwave.

I hate to leave a bad review but previous orders have been good! Unfortunately this time the food was disappointing. When you can count 6 tiny chunks of chicken in the sauce, the bhajis are bland and small compared to others, I think it’s time to order elsewhere. Can’t fault the delivery as it was quick for a Saturday evening.
But it’s sad to say we definitely didn’t receive £48 quids worth of food.

We have used Kryuz for several years it is usually very good but tonight I ordered a mild chicken dansak it was so hot my husband couldn’t even eat it so it completely spoilt our meal so I will not be ordering again any time soon

Lovely food but I would recommend you choose a delivery time of at least 30 minutes before you actually want the food. To be fair, my experience is new years eve and last night, a Friday so would expect them to be extra busy and maybe a few minutes late but ….? Don’t have take aways normally so don’t know if being half an hour late is usual or generally acceptable. Shame the food was warm not hot. Would order again but be mindful of the delivery time.

Ordered it again last night I asked for prawn saku as starter £5.95 for 2 prawns is daylight robbery drowned is sauce
Definitely won’t be ordering that again
The taste was nice but seriously £3 a prawn is a joke.
We on average do £40 for 2
Don’t mind paying that but definitely not cheap
I know food has gone up
Delivery service is great
Order in app is great
