Pho was over priced and lacked flavor. Did not come jalapeños, basil, or chili oil. They said they could bring me jalapeños and they never brought them to me. There was only one table occupied with a few people so not sure why they never came back to see how I was doing besides the initial encounter of handing food over. There was a service fee to order from a kiosk. That atmosphere was very similar to a McDonald’s.

Loved the food! Very savory and flavorful chicken sandwich. I ordered an unsweetened iced tea and added boba which was so refreshing on a summer day after playing at the play center. Service was fast and kiosk is easy to use.

The food was amazing, I got the chicken pho and my partner got the ramen which was a 10/10. Since this was our first time here, the staff were very welcoming. 100% go back there for another date night since we like to try different foods.

Decent taste but not banh mi that you would expect in Vietnam. Bread was not on satisfactory level and there was no cilantro. Restaurant was empty but still took some 20 minutes to get the sandwich.

As someone that loves Pho, I personally think they did a pretty good job with it. The broth is good. We also tried the special rolls, not disappointing at all. Restaurant is clean and service is good. This place needs more love!

Quality has dropped tremendously. They frequently do not even include basil or green onions with their pho anymore, even though they still advertise that they do. If you complain, they just give you the same excuse (“sorry we ran out”) every time and expect for you to absorb their mistake. How can a Vietnamese restaurant with 5 total menu items not have integral ingredients for pho, while still charging almost $20 for it? I was given broth, boiled chicken, and bean sprouts, rather than what was advertised.

The Chicken Pho healed something in me, today. I really needed that. And the coconut slush could not come recommended enough. Great fresh spring rolls, and the Grilled Pork Bahn Mi is a phenomenal portion size, and packed with everything a Bahn mi should be. Genuinely 10/10. Will absolutely be eating here again.
