Called to let them know they gave me a half-used, unsealed package of cream cheese in the bag with my bagel when I ordered extra cream cheese ON my bagel. The manager insisted that was procedure, even though I order like this every morning and I have never gotten an unsealed container of cream cheese filled with crumbs thrown in my bag. The cream cheese simultaneously got all over the outside of my bagel and knife. Very gross, food safety is being ignored here with an extreme lack of accountability.

Every single time I come here it take 5 minutes plus. This morning I’m the only person in line; they put me on hold to order and I pulled up to pay there’s literally nobody in line. Unreasonably slow every single time and the workers are not really that nice either.

Normally come here almost every morning before work, and they get my order right 75% of the time and when the do the coffee is so good. This morning I went there and got my usual iced coffee 3 cream and vanilla. When I got up there they thought it was a hot coffee. Which whatever no big deal, I let them know it’s iced. Then they hand it out and it is an ice coffee with maybe 3 melted ice cubes and no creamer. Again not a big deal I just let them know “hey normally it doesn’t look like this can you add more cream, I’m sorry for the hassle” The girl then proceeded to look at me roll her eyes and sigh loudly, saying “yup” in a sarcastic tone grabbed my cup and walked away.
It took be back because she was extremely rude and I ended up having to throw the watered down coffee away, it did not taste right so I wasted money. I would have went back and gotten a refund but I had another appointment and after how I was treated I will never be going back….

Coffee was good but accidentally left my phone had a buddy call up there and they said no phone was left. I go back there and the phones right on the counter where I left it right next to the register.

Music is WAY too loud. Asked to have it turned down twice and they never touched it. The third time I waited at the counter and the girl just ignored me. I used to like coming here to study and decompress. Now I can’t because it’s like being in a dance club.

On Oct. 9th 2024 my wife and I stopped at this Biggby for a quick drink and a bite to eat after a long day of work. We pulled up about 10 minutes after closing but we didn’t realize that they were closing soon. When we ordered and pulled to the window a few other cars pulled in to order and they got a little busy. The two young girls working there were great. One had red hair and the other strawberry blonde. They both did really well with getting the orders through fast and efficiently. We want to thank them for their hard work. Our coffee, hot chocolate and sandwiches were delicious. We will definitely be back!

I would give them 5 stars, but once a month I don’t get the drinks I ordered. They’re wrong. Well it might be less than that, but it seems to be at least once a month. And it’s never with the same people so idk. But great service every time I’m there. Not a horrible wait time in the drive-thru when it’s long and they’re always super nice. I truly have no issues.

My favorite coffee place. The girl who works the drive thru window in the morning during the week is so wonderful at her job. All of the other employees are usually friendly and provide great service as well.

It was raining so they were having a problem with the speaker, I ordered my peppermint mocha with oat milk and they asked me if I wanted whipped cream still and I said no. After she handed me my drink I double checked to see if it was oat milk and she got annoyed with me and says it’s not because that wasn’t said. I told her I did say that and ask for it to be remade and she gave me a dirty look and took the drink and remade it anyway. Once she handed it to me I couldn’t even get a word out to even say thank you or anything before she slammed the window hard in my face. To top it off, my drink doesn’t even taste right after all that. I think next time I’ll make the drive to Davison because they are much friendlier and my drinks are made right. Management needs to correct their employees as that is not acceptable behavior.
