ordered and only the foot long had any condiments and they forgot my chips. i’ve let it go before but this is ridiculous. it’s 4 things in total and there was 3 in the bag. i’d understand the wrong bag of chips but no bag and you couldn’t make my sandwich right?!

Let me preface this by saying I love this Subway. It’s cheaper than the other ones usually, I like the guy that usually works there. That being said, I went there tonight for my wife whom had just gotten out of the hospital. She was finally feeling brave enough to eat out for the first time since the event and I was going to get her something from this place. Rather than the regular guy I’m used to, I’m greeted with a worker who had a rage about everything. I watched as he slammed everything around, made two sandwiches like he was beating them up. He asked if I had an online order and when I said I did not he got even more upset. When he went to the back to refill a tin, he very clearly threw it given the sounds I heard of the tin rolling around. At that point, I left and went to firehouse instead. Folks, if you want to go to this subway, I encourage you to not go at night. My wife had told me about this guy before and I just gave him the benefit of the doubt (I myself work in retail, so I understand a bad day at work), but this is just ridiculous.

I went in today with my dad to place an order. The lady working was so rude. She has zero customer service. So, we spent $0 there and went to Firehouse Subs instead. The customer service at Firehouse Subs was excellent and the subs were delicious!

I love coming here the people are wonderful especially Heather. She always greets everyone with a smile. The food is on par to be a chain restaurant but the place is just too small to sit and enjoy your meal, so I always get mine to go.

Placed an online order, said it would be ready at 6:30pm. Show up at 6:45pm after it says it’s ready and the store is closed. Even though the open sign is on the door is locked and all the food is clearly put away and no sign of my order. I’ll bw disputing this charge with the bank.

Store manager is extremely rude and hold zero self accountability. When they make your sandwich wrong, they’ll go to the end of the earth screaming at you on why they didn’t mess it up and how you like your sandwich is just wrong. This store is losing a life long customer over 1 workers poor attitude. Do better subway.

Went in about 9:20 pm on 5/11, Jarod was working. Even though it was late and we had 3 subs to order, he was very friendly. He made our subs like he would want them made. I appreciated the placement of the foods on all the subs. Sometimes we get them and most of the foods end up falling off. Thanks Jarod, for all your work. Hope you had a great rest of your night.
