Good place to stop for a meal or a snack. Service is great and helpful. So many food choies! You can use the QR code to order too. There is good seating if you want to eat there and parking is very good too. There is a big TV screen and they play fun stuff like football games if you request. Thanks for the service!

Came to grab the lunch special. Tried the classic chicken wrap which was tasty. Had 2 other parties waiting for food, and had to wait 25 minutes for my simple order while theirs was done and they placed an order for more food than me. 1 person was already waiting and 1 came in while I was there. Overall, it was good but you’re better off ordering on the phone than ordering in person.

If I don’t have lunch, I’ll go to BWW go and get myself 10 boneless wings. I usually order it online because calling and placing an order takes longer, so I would recommend ordering online and picking up. I usually get my food fresh and warm but today it wasn’t like that. My first experience here I ordered ahead and the order took an extra 25 minutes to come out. I get things happen but maybe give better estimates and communication.
The second time I ordered from here was a disaster. I was simply missing 5 wings from my order (again, I understand things happen). The only thing anyone can offer me is to come back to the store for the 5 wings but I don’t live close to this location. I’m still waiting 2 weeks for any kind of update on a solution or some kind of refund. Don’t go here if you want decent customer service, not to mention all the raised prices.

Poor employees, is not fair what they do to their employees in that location, lot of people outside waiting, they have to be running from the kitchen to the front door, sweaty faces, working in both places non stop, that’s inhumane, working under lot of pressure, is not ok, do it better whoever is the owner of this location, that’s crazy. I’d been waiting for more that an hour for my order and lot of people in the same situation, THATS NOT OK!!!!!!!! THE ONLY WORD FOR THIS IS POOR EMPLOYEES
