Ordered lengua and carne asada burritos, birria tacos, adobada (spicy pork), and carnitas tacos. Burritos from this place are excellent and they did not skimp out on giving plenty of meat. Tacos were amazing and I loved how they included carrots and cooked onions along with the tacos. The owner was very nice and we will definitely be regulars here! So happy to have tacos in this area!

Solid Birria tacos, but I would say not the best I’ve had. Overall the flavor was great, but the stew beef lacked a certain juiciness that I expect with birria. I will say their tacos are larger than I expected, and they include lots of veggies on the side which is nice.

My husband and I got the birria pizza. It was delicious! We had seen a recommendation on TikTok so we drove up to Federal Way to check it out! 10/10 recommend. The woman who took our order was very kind. She speaks English and Spanish which I need to learn myself because I was a bit puzzled when she asked how many birria sauces we would like in Spanish lol! Definitely will be coming back again

Food is always amazing but staff is extremely rude if the other food truck was open sundays I would go there. I asked for extra green salsa cause I don’t like red it gives me heart burn and she rolled her eyes at me and handed me one extra. Shameful for a great food truck

Best taco trucks around here. Love the Queso Birria tacos. I feel like small chains like this have the best food. They’re small enough to manage, but successful enough to expand.
My only complaint is once in a while they go a little light on the onions and cilantro, but otherwise it’s good stuff.
