The food was good and poor customer service and lack of basic hygiene. A staff member who seemed to be in charge answered my question about the meat type in a rude manner and was not wearing a hairnet. Very unprofessional experience. Customers deserve respectful communication and proper adherence to health standards. Unfortunately, this experience showed a lack of both.

First time here. I ordered the fish sandwich. I didn’t know what to expect, but I thought it was good. I liked that the oil wasn’t too strong, and it had just a little crunchiness to it. The bun was also good. I ordered mine without lettuce. The tarter sauce was good-it tasted more like mayo though. I was happy with my choice. Service was excellent too.
Update: 11-29-24 cashier was so friendly. Cheeseburger and fries were good, the pumpkin shake was excellent.

We ordered the chili and chili cheese fries. The chili bowl was basically 1 bean, meat and sauce. No green pepper pieces, no onions, not enough beans and no tomatoes. The chili cheese fries didn’t even have 1 bean, just meat and sauce. Please refrain from showing a picture of one thing and providing something else. Especially at 4.79 each.

I got a regular root beer and was really looking forward to it. It tastes a little off like it needs to be a little bit sweeter. Another employee tried It and agreed that it tasted off like it wasn’t quite sweet enough or missing flavor. It was not diet. The manager poured me a new one-Which still did not taste right-She tried it and said it was fine. And left it at that. Very disappointed I was looking forward to this

The assistant manager working the counter was so polite and friendly. She gave my daughter a sucker and made my daughters day so a shout out to the hard working woman at the counter. The food is amazing I love coming here. I love the fries. I believe they have the best fries in town. Nothing but praise for these guys. There friendly and service is fast and always accurate.

We can’t pass an A&W without ordering a Root Beer float! This location is clean and staff were super friendly and helpful! I wish we lived closer and we’d frequent more often! We didn’t try the food because we had already eaten but the floats were amazing! I just love A&W root beer and it never ever disappoints. Next time we’ll save our appetite for food here too. There are lots of great seating options around to have a rest and enjoy your purchase! This is a great location in the mall!

Today, March 12, 2022, I had a Papa Burger with fries and Mountain Dew. Also, I had a Fish Sandwich only. Their food is so awesome. Whenever I am at Apache Mall Food Court, I have to stop at A&W. Cheryl, the manager, is a nice lady. Her employees were working hard to take care of their customers. It was super busy there.
