DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL NOT GET IT. 1ST TIME-I ORDERED AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE READY IN 30 MIN. I WENT IN 30 MIN AND HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER HOUR.
2ND TIME-I ORDERED DELIVERY-SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED IN 45 MIN. DIDN’T ARRIVE UNTIL 2 HOURS LATER.

$20 minimum on online orders. while all dinner/lunch specials are under $20. the phone service they have taking phone calls is awful. they get it wrong every single time. they tell me it’s not on the menu when i’m looking at the menu and see it. the orders have also gotten smaller over the past year or two. every order takes longer to prepare then when they tell you to show up. it’s a challenge to order online and a challenge to order over the phone. this will probably be my last time order from them. it’s too bad because the food is pretty good for strip mall chinese.

This clean little restaurant is tucked in the port plaza of Newburyport mass. I decided to stop in one night after work and was surprised how clean the establishment was. I ordered the dumplings, spring roll, and a small chicken fried rice. Those items alone came up to 22 dollars. I thought it was a little steep but after tasting the food it was worth every penny.
Although they do not carry the authentic spicy mustard or duck sauce I must say I was pleased with my selections. It would have been a 5 star but the spicy mustard came in a packet not a container.

Good takeout, I liked the dumplings and egg rolls a lot. The vegetable dishes had fresh vegetables. The duck sauce is good too. We ordered on the phone and our order was correct and ready at pickup. Thank you.

I ordered take out at 2:00 on a wednesday. I chose seamless as the delivery company they charged my card at the time of the order. It was well over an hour before food was delivered. I know this is an issue with Seamlss (the delivery company) but this review is to let people know to pick another service. I haven’t tasted the food.I went to the convenience store and got soup.

Save yourself a headache and don’t order pickup food. All other reviews about the long wait times and horrible service are spot on. We waited over an hour after arriving to pick up our food (so about 1.5 hours from placing the order), only to receive the incorrect order. When I called to ask for a refund, they assured me they’d handle it. Three phone calls and one week later and I still have yet to be refunded. Always told “the manager is busy, will call you back,” but I’ve never received a call back. Will not be ordering again.
