Gave them a second chance, as promised, last week. Service actually got slower since last year. 25 minutes for a takeout breakfast sandwich, again… messed up the order and didn’t put the hash brown on the sandwich… again. Congrats. Perhaps spend more time training the mildly sedated Gen Alphas rather than worrying about google stars and they’ll get more out of both.

Woulda been 4 stars, but the kids behind the counter move like molasses, and didn’t give me the seeded roll I requested for my , despite it being only me and one other customer in the store.
Re/Manager: Honest reviews build better business’. Every time someone patronizes a business, that business gets a “chance” to get it right. Take this opportunity (chance) to talk to your employees about speed and accuracy so that everyone’s customer experience can be improved, not just mine. I’ll be back for another honest, and anonymous review in the near future. That’s 3 chances right there. Pretty fair, I’d say.
Everything was perfect.
I had ham,egg and cheese on the best roll I’ve had down here. I considered it comfort food on a rainy day. I was awesome. I will not hesitate from ordering from here…great service too.
