Pretzels are always a gamble for me since I like a very particular flavor, but I was pleasantly surprised with these ones. They were exactly what I hoped for! The cashier was friendly and patient with me (a skittish sort with a tendency to stutter when I’ve had too much coffee) thank you Sandeep!

Auntie Anne’s in The Greene must be under new management. The look, taste & overall quality is different & not in a good way. They weren’t making pretzels when I went in yesterday. All of the pretzel products were pre-made in a case. No smells of fresh pretzels baking at all. This is the first time I’ve ever been disappointed with Auntie Anne’s. The most positive thing about the experience is that they were fast, since nothing was fresh & nobody was in there. Folks must’ve known before I did.

Walked in to get a few things. Pretzel bites not made nor were any out in the case. No option to purchase a coke (bottle or fountain), asked for cheese dip – said they dont have any. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I don’t usually do this type of thing unless it’s necessary, but this place was ridiculous. If I could put 0 stars I would. We walked in and there were only one or two items ready to go. We proceeded to order an Almond pretzel and an order of hot dog pretzels. We waited ATLEAST 20 minutes. We watched two of the crew members, whom stated their names were Nate and Jess, stand around with their hands in their pockets. We watched one of the two, Jess, put ice cream in a cup from the machine and laughed while he shoved it in his face in front of the other one. And the third worker came out long enough to roll the hot dog pretzels, and then disappeared back to the back again. When we finally got the order, 6 of the 10 hot dogs were in the bottom of the cup because they slipped out of the pretzel, impossible to eat, and were burnt. Like come on, it truly can’t be that difficult. Do better.

Extremely poor customer service! Hours posted as 11a to 9p however I showed up 40 minutes prior to closing and they refused to make the pretzels I wanted. Never ever seem to have any made and ready to serve. Worst Auntie Anne’s I’ve ever been to!

Best tasting pretzel bites I have ever had. Perfectly cooked and salted. The cheese sauce is a must have and I tried the thick shakes which were also amazing. Will definitely come back again.

This use to be the best Auntie Anne’s and always had the freshest, best product. For whatever reason, the last two times I’ve had it in the past few months has been terrible. Pretzels taste like they have been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. So dry and stale. For how much they charge, it is disgraceful to serve such a diminished product.
