Really disappointing experience. Service was slow and completely disorganized. I ordered broken rice, they said it was sold out, but then served it to another table right after. The bò lá lốt was terrible. When they brought out the pho, they forgot the veggies until we asked. Our table came in first, yet the hotpot was served to people who arrived later. And when they finally brought the hotpot, they forgot both the noodles and veggies—again we had to remind them. To top it off, we ordered drinks and they just dropped off the pitcher without any cups. My sister had to get them herself.

Came with a big group and ordered the $95 package off the menu . It came out with 2 kind of broths , bone marrows and excellent watercress with beef filet on top . So cheap for so much food . Worth every dollars coming here .

I decided to give Lau Bo by Lao Beo a second chance after being disappointed by their service and food quality the first time I visited. I’m glad I did, because they have improved a lot since then. The restaurant looks more inviting and clean, the staff is more attentive and friendly, and the hotpot is delicious and satisfying. They have a variety of broth options, meats, seafood, veggies, and sauces to choose from. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable. I especially liked the spicy beef broth and the lamb slices. The restaurant also has an ok ambiance with soft music and need dimmer lighting. It’s a great place to enjoy a hotpot with your friends or family. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves hotpot or wants to try something new. Lau Bo by Lao Beo has redeemed themselves in my eyes and I will definitely come back again.

It was perfect timing for this Pho Hot Pot restaurant for our post spa/massage dinner! On this day, it did get much cooler in the evening, so hot pot was perfect! Our eyes definitely got hungry when we ordered this “Combo for 4” for just us 2, but it was the perfect opportunity to try different things!
Thanks to our awesome server who was able to guide us through the menu, as noobs to the restaurant! Everything we tried was so delish and we had plenty to take home to share with our families!

Stopped by to try their new trendy dish mực cuốn rau muống and it did not disappoint! Fresh, flavorful, and that dipping sauce was the star—so good. On the downside, the hot pot was a bit of a letdown—bland and too sour for my taste. Still worth a visit for the rolls!

I came on the weekend around 2 p.m. and the restaurant was not busy, so I assumed my food would arrive quickly, as I was hungry.
However, after ordering a few dishes and waiting for them to arrive, some of the appetizers were served first, followed by my husband’s food, and my food was still not ready. When my husband had nearly finished his bowl of Pho and my food was still somewhere in the kitchen , I had to ask my husband if they had forgotten about my food, and then my food arrived.
When I asked for a sauce later, they ended up forgot it in the microwave .
For the food, I liked their mini baguette, my husband liked the taste of pho, but the sizzling beef was a little salty for me.
This restaurant just opened, so everything is kinda new to them. All of the staffs need to be trained more or more employees need to be hired; seeing all of the waiters run back and forth with a confused look on their face and the customer’s anger when they missed their food or drinks or waited for too long just for a drink was not good. I felt bad for them. (both staffs and customers).
Hopefully, everything will be improve in the future, and I will be able to return to try their popular hotpot.

Come hungry because the food is tasty . We ordered the two of the specials and I don’t think they were enough for big eaters. They have some of the best french fries in the world. The pate sandwich is crispy on the outside and full of meat and deliciousness in the inside. Will definitely be back for more.

Called ahead for a pick up, was told 10-15 mins. Arrived 15 mins later. They told us to wait another 10 mins (mind you, the restaurant wasn’t crowded like usual, no customers waiting either). I waited another 15 MINUTES more, come back in and ask to pick up. They took our money and said “can you please wait another 5 mins”. I asked for my money back and walked out. Come to find one of the waitress brought MY order to someone else car and took the money back for some changes right in front of me.
