This is a fantastic spot in the busiest and most efficient airport in the world!
Dee is absolutely fantastic.
The prices are very good for airport standards and the food is delicious.
I had the burger and it was honestly delicious and the fries were excellent.
Apologies that I forgot to take a pic before I dug into the food I took to go with me on my flight! Lol.

I stopped at Atlanta Bread & Bar in Terminal A at the Atlanta airport, and it was a surprisingly great airport dining experience. The first thing that stood out was how friendly and personable the staff were — everyone I interacted with was upbeat, welcoming, and happy to help. It made the visit feel a lot more relaxed and enjoyable, especially for an airport setting where service can often feel rushed.
I ordered the honey sriracha lime chicken wings, which came with shoestring fries, and everything was really good. The wings had a nice balance of sweet heat and tangy flavor, and the fries were crisp and seasoned just right — definitely better than your average airport meal.
I tried the Fire Me Up Mule, and while it was good, I honestly couldn’t taste the Fireball at all. It didn’t have any more “fire” or kick than a regular mule, so flavor-wise it fell a bit flat on the spicy cinnamon promise. Still enjoyable, just not what the name suggests.
The restaurant was crowded, which I take as a good sign, but despite the traffic the service was still smooth and the food came out in a reasonable time. There’s also great seating for people-watching, which is particularly entertaining in a busy hub like ATL. It’s a good spot to grab a bite, relax between flights, and take in the airport energy.
Overall, Atlanta Bread & Bar is a solid choice if you’re flying through Terminal A — good food, great staff, and a lively atmosphere. I’d definitely stop here again.

First of all, if you want to sit in the tables, don’t order at the counter. I failed to realize their somewhat unconventional operation, and then after I ordered my food at the counter I was told tables are only for dine-in. Apparently there is a wait staff.
As for the food, while I want to say that it’s what one would expect from an airport restaurant, honestly there are places here at ATL that actually take pride in their product. This place clearly does not. My half-sandwich looked as though it was the other half of someone else’s lunch that had been made hours earlier. Most pitiful squished down thing I’ve ever seen passed off as a sandwich. And the “caesar salad” was literally just lettuce and croutons.
Overall just such an amazing disappointment. Maybe the dine-in plates are actual meals. But the takeout could hardly be called one. Hardly was even worth eating if I’m being honest.

Servers were awful. Even after realizing we needed a refill we didn’t get it. They need an additional server.

Very disappointed with the breakfast sandwiches. The bacon in particular. The bacon was limp and rubbery and seemed as if it were barely cooked. The chocolate chip cookie was ok. But the croissants were delicious.

We were very surprised to find this quality food at an airport. Feven, the waitress, was very friendly and calm, answered all our questions and said that they bake the bread on premises. I got a chicken club and Pinot Noir. My wife got a turkey club and a Pinot Grigio. The bacon was just the right amount of crispy. Lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle were fresh and crunchy. Fries were perfectly cooked and didn’t taste like they’d been frozen. The wines were each a good pour and had excellent flavor. The food took slightly longer than we expected but we were very early for our flight (and I highly recommend doing this for a change!), and when the food came to the table it was hot and fresh. It was a little noisy but that’s life at the busiest airport in the world. It wasn’t the cheapest meal, but for sit down service at an airport it was quite reasonable.

Turkey bacon avocado sandwich was great. Bread was super fresh. Atmosphere is airport. How good could it be. Service was quick and friendly. Would have gotten a 5 star review if it wasn’t for the price of my non alcoholic drink that was more than my meal alone.

I just stopped in for a quick bite between flights and really wasn’t expecting anything special. But wow! I had the Cheeseburger and shoestring fries and they were incredible! A nice big juicy burger with lettuce, tomato, and onion with cheese. And the fries were nice and crispy. Perfect!

While traveling this week I had the pleasure of finding the Atlanta Bread and Bar while waiting for my flight. The restaurant features Sweet water brewing Co. The bartender was very friendly and polite. The food was great and the brews were even better. We enjoyed the Blueberry and the Hazy IPA’s. I also had a broccoli cheese soup and the turkey classic sandwich. The outstanding taste of the day was the Shoestring fries. No kidding I could see me ordering only the fries and a beer and be set for the day. The flavor and texture are wonderful. So should you find yourself in Atlanta no matter which concourse your in go to A11 and get ready for the Fries of your life. Enjoy

A decent option to grab a bite in the busy Atlanta Airport. Gluten-free bread option for sandwiches, but not paninis. Tried the Waldorf Chicken, Pesto Chicken Panini and Tomato Basil Soup. What really set thus place apart was the service – we were seated promptly, and our waiter was very polite and attentive.
